Google won’t allow me to change profiles even when logged into correctly so it’s under wrong account. But we were traveling to bring home a at risk toddler 1000 miles from home. And we found this motel and I was beyond impressed by Lisa as we came in late with toddler needing toilet and Lisa allowed us keys to see room and help toddler to toilet. And she gave me a beautiful plant to take home we me. Such acts of kindness don’t happen often anymore but I want to thank you Lisa for making us feel special during a difficult time. Room was comfortable and had frig, microwave, coffee pot, extra blankets. It felt like a safe place to land. If you ever pass through Susanville this is a good spot on a budget.

Very nice, polite staff. Room was a little old looking, but was in good condition. Comfortable. Heater worked great on this stormy night. Overall, it was a very nice and comfortable stay.

Such a good price for this location when you need a place to stay for the night. The staff was very nice and available at all hours if you need help with anything. Definitely got it pegged for when I'm passing through again.

Simple motel, lady at the front desk was very nice. Area is a little strange, we where woken up at 3am by an alarm.
Paid 75$ for one night.
Could have been cheaper for what it was but not terrible.

We were in room #2. 34 degrees outside when we got in, no heater on in the room so it was cold. Had a reservation so they knew we were coming. Took a couple of hours to warm the room up and the bathroom really never warmed up. Floor was really cold. Wife didn't like the heater blowing on her. The floor had two dead earwigs on it. The toilet is the height for a kindergartener not an adult. We had to wear earplugs due to traffic noise.
The beds and the pillow were comfortable enough.

Perfect! I'm super happy staying here. Its quiet, clean, safe, and warm. They're very nice at the front desk, too. Anyone, who isn't happy staying here hasn't paid $200 to spend the night across the street from Nancy Pelosi's office in downtown San Fransisco. I'd rather stay here any day of the week, trust me!

Not a Hilton but for the price it was a good nights sleep! Bed was extremely comfortable, the lady at the front desk was very nice and even helped us park our u-haul. If you’re looking for something clean and affordable, this is your place!! Would definitely recommend!

The lady at the desk was very nice. The room was very roomy and the bed was so comfy I did not wanna leave. They even had a fuzzy blanket there to accommodate for the cold weather. Everything worked and all in all a great time. No complaints!! Great little hole in the wall!
