I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Diamond FORD dealership. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. David Johnson was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and truly invested in helping me find the perfect car. He took the time to answer all my questions, walk me through different options, and made sure I felt confident in my decision. The entire process was smooth, stress-free, and even enjoyable! Price on website did not match price at dealership after test drive. Diamond Ford adds Diamond Protection plan on every vehicle which adds an additional nearly $3000 to the total price increasing the sales tax as well. They will not remove the options. They do not disclose this on their website which is misleading. There is a disclosure about options may be included but these options are on every vehicle at Diamond Ford so why is it not shown in the price? I had a heated exchange with sales manager Eric who did honor price reflected on website after all. Overall experience was good, Juan was a helpful salesman but I was not happy with the pricing.

Deal was fast and easy and the staff were very friendly. Brian did a great job getting us started. Eric got us a payment we were able to work with and Ruben finished it off and made the paperwork easy and painless. Overall great job Diamond Ford!

I would just like to share I bought my first 2020 Mustang GT at Diamond Ford and they did not disappoint. Service was excellent from start to finish. Called on a Thursday for appointment following Monday. I specified I needed my horn fixed brake check and oil change. I check in Monday they say my oil change will be done quick. I mention the horn. They have no idea what I’m talking about. I had to come the next day but next door at Diamond ford. My ride was very upset that I had to ask again for another ride following day. If the initial service lady listen to my request all that would have been avoided. Anyway came back next day and got it all taken care of BUT had to come back again cause they didn’t have my brakes in stock. 3 separate visits and it all got taken care of.
