We just picked up a new RV and on our way home we realized the vent covers were improperly installed. We were afraid on our trip home we would do damage to the roof. Although Desert RV Center was booked solid, they made room for us to come in for repair. The tech reinstalled the vent covers correctly and patched the holes in the roof from the botched job of the dealer we bought from on a brand new unit. The tech explained everything to us and did a super job within an hour. Nichole and the entire staff were the nicest and most professional people you would want to meet and have work on your rig. We were so grateful for their willingness to take care of us. I'd give them a ten plus if I could. Thanks so much.

We were in the market for a new travel trailer/toy hauler. We found one from Desert RV and we submitted an application. Hector called us pretty quickly and got the ball rolling. He was very informative, responsive, and kept true to everything he told us would be completed. I highly recommend Desert RV for any of your RV needs. I would like to thank David Lizarraga and Jeff Rose for there above and beyond after hours service that they contributed to me and my family. This two folks got me out of a hard jam with my camper a day before I needed to head out for long awaited trip.

The big issue: My 5th wheel campers Hydrualic Jack system decided to give me a not today finger and would not function properly. I reached out to my trip partner letting him know of the bad news and he immediately said I have a friend that is very knowledgeable on this I will ask him to see if he can help you and just like that within a few minutes David was on the phone with me helping me trouble shoot the system and giving me step by step instructions on what to do after exhausting everything David went out of his way and said let’s meet up and get you fixed and on your way any other day I would of just made an appointment but I was in desperate need of his help and couldn’t refuse it. I showed up at the shop after hours and I was digging into his family time which he (David ) was so willing to spare me his valuable time to help me out. He did his trouble shooting and shortly after he said it’s your HYD pump right there and then my heart sank but David said with a confident tone let me make a phone call and shortly after Jeff Rose showed up and they discussed the problem and a solution and right away Jeff and David checked there inventory and were able to locate me a pump and get it installed and tested everything and put me back on track with my departure time. With all that being said and done I don’t think one could ever be able to rank or grade Desert RV’s customer service satisfaction they are on a league no other RV center can match what has taken place this evening. David and Jeff once again thank you for everything.

UPDATE: I wanted to add to this their service department is awesome and their work outstanding an reasonable. almost two years later and they are still knocking it out the park and better than ANY other RV dealership.......... ORIGINAL REVIEW:My wife and I recently purchased a beautiful fifth wheel from Victor and were treated awesome! They did a wonderful job and even delivered it and took the time to make sure everything was understood. I would suggest these folks over any other around! I would like to point out that this was a 2017 model that they and they alone made to look and operate like a new one!

Above and beyond customer service!!! We took our Class C in with no appointment as we were on our way out of town. But because of an extremely high pitched and loud noise coming from above the coach door, we weren't about to travel to New Mexico listening to that. We pulled in to Desert RV and Mike asked us if we needed help, we explained the issue and asked if he had any idea of what it might be....long story short, he did alot of work investigating and after riding in it, turned the awning roller a bit and the noise was gone. SO GRATEFUL!!! Mike spent alot of time with us, and never charged a penny!! Just said "Have a great trip!" We are in his debt! Thanks again, Mike!
