I wanted to send my daughter a custom pecan gift package, so I stopped by Dees Pecan Company in Union Church in Grand Bay. Just stepping inside the door smelled heavenly, with aromatic coffee and spices wafting throughout as you shop. There was a steady stream of customers and phone calls for those of us doing our Christmas shopping. There were probably a few tourists, too, as Dees Pecans is a well-known destination for perfect pecans, pecan pies, candies, marinades, and other homemade treats.

I checked the website and learned about the basic offerings, but once inside, I found out the storefront had so much more available. I ordered a Chocolate Pecan Pie, which Dees can ship in a custom tin to safeguard the pie to reach its destination. I added Dark Chocolate Pecans, Roasted and Salted Pecans, and another favorite, the Pecan Pie in a Jar. Lastly, I bought Key Lime Pecans and Cinnamon Pecans - two delicious powdered flavors!

Everyone at Dee's was friendly and helpful in explaining the different flavors of pecans and coffee. The order went smoothly, and the Chocolate Pecan Pie and other items are expected to ship soon. My daughter and her husband will enjoy a taste of Dees Pecans to remind them of Alabama and home.
I look forward to the next occasion and time I visit Dees Pecan Company.

I ended up ordering from Dees on a whim. However I even found them from Chicago is a random gift from the Internet. The chocolate covered pecans are magical. My kids loved them. I loved them. Oh my goodness, are they delicious.

Ordered the Pecan coffee pods, chocolate Pecans and the candied Pecans... Absolutely loved every bite and decadent sip! Just delicious! If you have not tried these yet I highly recommend you do.

This place is out of this world. Lots of pecans to pick from. The pecan pie and other pecans treats were simply awesome. Freshness of the pecans are second to none. Pricing was reasonable. Service was out of this world. Just try it one time and you will go back again and again.

Nice selection of pecans, jellies, coffee, oils and candy - love their turtles . Staff is always wonderful. I always stop to get my pecans and candy before heading back to PA. see you next year.

Update: Back again in April 2024 for pecan pies, honey pecan butter, snacks and hot sauce. Still had great prices and terrific staff. Thanks again.

Update: Back in March 2025 for pecan pies. Ordered 6 of them about 10 days before we left for PA. Told them we were leaving on the 10th of April so I needed them the day before we left and let me know if there was a problem - well they called the day before on the 9th to tell me they were on back order and didn't have any pies. They called later and said they were gonna make a special trip to Priesters to pick them up on the 10th and should have some in the afternoon. Too late. I was disappointed to learn they get their pies from Priesters and re-lable them Dee's. I was really upset since I promised pies to friends back home. I called around and found Priesters pies in Win Dixie for half the price. I don't think I'll be returning to Dee's anymore.

Great place. Tried samples at Welcome Center. Stopped there today. Got local honey hot sauce. Spicy peanut mix and wonderful coffee. Soon K-pods. Will be back next week . Prices reasonable.

A hidden gem! This is a great place to stop! They have wonderful coffee ready to drink, but you are also able to purchase. I recently tried the Bourbon Pecan and the Butter Pecan. Both will be staples in my pantry!
