I am so thankful for the alterations team at David’s Bridal Scottsdale. I am a pregnant bride with a very expedited schedule for preparing my wedding dress. I actually ended up buying an off the rack gown from another bridal boutique. All of the other alteration shops that were recommended to me basically laughed in my face at my situation, and did not want to help me. However, this was not the case with the team at David’s Bridal- from trying on dresses, educating me about the easy and quick ordering process of their dresses, and the alterations experience, everything was above and beyond! For pregnant brides they waive the rush alterations fee to accommodate having alterations until the last minute to ensure your dress fits. Anna was always so sweet, helpful and has extreme attention to detail. Maria was very helpful, she also speaks fluent Spanish, and was honest with me about what I genuinely needed. She anticipated my correct size! I was worried the top of my gown would be too big, and she was absolutely spot on with anticipating my breast size due to my pregnancy. I feel that only comes with experience! The whole team was very helpful and attentive!

First Time in this location, We were shopping for a wedding dress and then we ended up getting two bridesmaids dresses for our twins, and the experience was phenomenal!!!!!
We were Working with Casey and her patience wanting to really make this experience so great was so much appreciated. My family was really happy of how everything came along and we live an hour away, so it was so much worth it to travel For an experience like that. So I recommend anybody looking for a wedding dress or any other type of dress I think it would be the greatest thing to go and work with Casey🙏🏼😃

After visiting multiple bridal shops, this was my favorite! I think the main reason I loved it so much was because of the help of Addi, who helped me pick out my dream dress and encouraged me every step of the way. She is patient, kind, funny, and helpful. She also had great knowledge of every dress and really knew her stuff!

My Maid of Honor came dress shopping with me and afterward we kept talking about how much fun we had with Addi and how she ultimately helped me choose a dress from David’s bridal, rather than one from a previous shop I visited. I am now even more excited about my big day and so thankful to Addi and David’s Bridal for making it one step closer to perfect.

They had new fitting rooms with doors and mirrors everywhere with bright lights and the alterations room was just as beautiful. They made up for everything that happened to me when I first arrived at there old location from finding the same dress I had after my dress was sent to corporation, when management changed, and accommodating me with an estimate close enough that I received with my first alterations. The seamstress is knowledgeable and knows exactly what she's doing and how to make you feel comfortable in your dress while making the perfect adjustments. I didn't think I needed cups for my dress and the seamstress at the old location didn't bother to demonstrate them to me and so she insisted and I tried them on and immediately felt the difference. The cups were much more comfortable then a bra or tape would ever be for a wedding dress. I'm happy for the new change they have made.

I am someone who doesn’t like dresses nor the color white! I was very nervous/anxious to go wedding dress shopping. From the moment I walked in for my first appt at David’s Bridal everyone there was so nice and helpful! I ended up trying on four dresses and found THE ONE which ended up being one the stylist picked and not at all what I had in mind when I walked in! Just picked up my dress today after alterations and it is PERFECT. Definitely recommend this David’s Bridal for all brides! Counting down the days til I get to wear my dress.. 9 days!

Because the wedding is next month and time was a bit rushed, I went to David's Bridal today to look at wedding dresses. Unexpectedly, I found and bought a style I absolutely love so smoothly!

This is all thanks to the stylist at David's Bridal, Shivaun.✨ She demonstrated a high level of professionalism and incredible patience, following me attentively from start to finish. She provided me with a lot of professional advice, clearly explaining the design concept of each wedding dress and which details were more suitable for my figure. She even helped me coordinate shoes and kindly guided me on how to use a nude bra, among other things.

Therefore, Shivaun is truly a professional, extremely meticulous, polite, and exceptionally attentive stylist! Without her professional guidance and meticulous service, I definitely wouldn't have been able to find a wedding dress that both my fiancé and I love so easily. Thank you so much, Shivaun!❤️
