We had a great experience with David’s bridal! Jo, our stylist, was very attentive and helped myself (bride) and my mom find our dresses for my wedding. Lily in alterations pays attention to detail and did a wonderful job altering my mom’s dress. She really takes the time to listen to what you want and also gives her creative input. She is very creative and added 3 straps to the back of my mom’s dress. Destiny did a wonderful steaming my mom’s dress. We had a lovely experience with the team at this David’s bridal location!

I can’t thank Effie enough for the incredible job she did at David’s Bridal in Riverside! I brought in my old dress for my daughter to wear to her prom, and Effie transformed it beautifully. She handled the alterations with such care and skill — the dress looked like it was made just for my daughter. Best of all, it was ready in just 3 days! 1000 Stars!! I ended up having to exchange a prior DB dress and was short on time with my wedding in a few weeks. I called ahead to make sure they had the 2 dresses I like in stock, which they did and in the right sizes! From my initial phone call to walking out the store with my dress that SAME day; the accommodation was so wonderful and genuine! Shout out to my stylist Jo, who took such great care of me! I said yes to the dress and finally got the chance to ring the bell! The whole team there truly made the final call so seamless. I would highly recommend the Riverside location if you want a helpful, thoughtful, and professional experience!

Lauren has an incredible eye for styling and accessorizing down to the last detail! I walked in with no plan for a dress just two hours before closing (for an event the very next day) and was amazed to find everything I needed in one store—even the heels, which are to die for! Lauren is such a kind and sweet soul. She and the rest of the staff were so much fun to chat with and made me feel amazing with their compliments. Highly recommend!!

Really wonderful service by all the people who have helped me numerous times in finding the perfect dress. They were patient, understanding, had great ideas and suggestions based on what I was sharing. I felt they really cared about finding me the dress that made me feel beautiful. Thank you for making this very involved process as easy as possible for me. And a special note of thanks to Juana, the manager I was working with, as well as the alterations dept. Excellent customer service that made me feel at home every time I was there. The alterations dept. was patient and understanding as I explained to them what I was hoping for with the fit of the dress and they were able to make it fit even better than what I had expected. I had visited other “high end” boutiques in Orange County where the service was built around pressure and price of the dress. I’m glad I chose Riverside’s David’s bridal store. Great experience all around.

It went pretty smoothly, the girl helping us was very nice and helpful. This is why i gave 3 stars. Alterations is a huge mess! Extremely dissatisfied they were unorganized and the price was double the price of my simple pant suit.
