I was so nervous going into the appointment because I’ve never experienced anything like it before. They were so friendly and outgoing and just the sweetest people ever. I just wish I could remember their names and give them the true shout out they deserve !!

I went to David's bridal in Hoover on 04/21/25 and had a wonderful experience. There were so many options and very helpful staff. I was able to pick my dress, veil, shoes, and shape wear. I was assisted by Rachel, and she was very attentive to everything I wanted and may need. Even tho I picked my dress, I'm not posting it's a surprise. Thanks again, David's bridal and my stylist Rachel.

My daughter and I visited David's Bridal tonight to pick up a prom dress out for Saturday! It was very last minute, but she had a blast!! We drove an hour to get here before closing(they were the only store open after 6) and made it with only 40 minutes to spare. Valencia ( I believe that was her name) was the saleswoman who helped us and couldn't have been sweeter. She helped my daughter by picking out different styles and sizes so she had a variety to try on, and she always gave her an honest opinion. It didn't feel like she was just trying to sell us a dress whether she liked it or not. We have experienced that at "other" dress stores. We were never rushed about time even when we were down to 10 minutes. The manager was just as nice. I didn't get her name, though. My daughter felt comfortable and found a dress for Saturday so we were really appreciative. I would like to express my gratitude to these 2 extremely sweet, patient, and understanding women who made my daughter's night! And thank you from my wallet!!! We only paid $200 when at other places the dresses were $ 500. David's Bridal, these 2 definitely need raises!!! Thank you!!!

I went to return the dress I had bought because I found a better one somewhere else after the fact. They made me wait for the dress to come in to return it, and after looking at the return receipt, the employee did not return the Garment Bag that I paid an extra $30 for. When I called back, they said the bag is non refundable and that she should have given it to me after processing the return. Nowhere on the receipt or online does it say that the garment bag is non refundable. I also asked for my original receipt back and the employee said they have to keep it, so I made sure to take a photo of it. Again, nowhere online or on the receipt does it say the garment bag is non refundable, so I think they just make stuff up because they do not want to deal with it.

Update: I talked to the corporate customer service line and they said the bag is returnable. So the sales associate just lied right to me, I guess because she forgot to add it to the original refund. So I called back to tell them I know it’s returnable and they said “well you can come pick it up” and I said I don’t want the bag I want my money back. So they said I can come return it when I have time and they will put a note on it my bag and profile that says so. I also asked why i was told it wasn’t refundable, when it IS, and the woman who answered the phone hung up on me. Do not come here if you want good customer service, they are just terrible and rude.

Emma my stylist was fantastic. Super down to earth and understood what I liked and disliked quickly and was ready for any questions.

I found my dress today! Rachel helped me and did a wonderful job. Every employee there was extremely sweet and helpful. They have beautiful dresses with great prices. If you’re worried you won’t find a dress you love on a tight budget then don’t because you will!
I was scared I started dress shopping too late and my options would be limited with my wedding just 4 months out but they had plenty and had to order my size in the dress I want and it will be here in one month! I’ve been extremely self conscious of my weight postpartum but in my dress I had zero insecurities. I definitely recommend them!
