1.20.25-update-
Since I wrote my 1st review.. I've had stuff stolen off of my motorcycle.. apparently I left my vehicle unlocked and someone stole my phone and battery pack.. all while I was in the gym.. there's really no security at all.. not as safe as I originally thought..

There's a coffee place, breakfast place, gas statio OR you can get your nails done OR wash clothes while you work out and then go get a massage at the massage place. Nice shopping center with many options to offer the locals. Great food places too.

This place is a fitness hub! There is a fitness center and several self defense classes! I personally am taking Krav Maga and it is excellent! I stop by the connected 7 eleven gas station after class to rehydrate!

It has a small parking lot so parking isn't always easy. I am not a fan of the Chinese restaurant here bit do like the pizza place. I go there mainly for the awsome instruction at Master Jones Tai Kwon Do academy. He's the best martial arts instructor in the bay area.

Laundromat is amazing the ladies working there were very helpful it was very clean good price this will be my new laundromat because my regular laundromat sucks balls Cinco de Mayo also a good place to eat also put cheese zombie Hut is absolutely amazing

The plaza has convenient food variety and fitness 19 and quickly and drive through Starbucks the gas at 7/11 lasts in my gas tank I pump 91. Good for stopping by use the gym facilities grab a coffee fill up the tank with gas.

I come to this plaza as my daughter take hula lessons in the studio that is located here. Fair selection of food places: Quickly, Cheese Zombies, a pizza joint, a Mexican restaurant, and a Chinese restaurant. Starbucks and 7-11 are in this plaza as well. This plaza is located deep in Concord, CA so there is no easy access from freeways.

Laundromat next to my favorite Chinese restaurant, 2 doors down from my favorite Mexican spot, across the parking lot to 7-11, and just a stone's throw away from my favorite Barber.
If a store\pop-up which sold Mens clothing and a pharmacy were to open in the vacant space, it would be a Christmas dream treat, with a drive-through Starbucks as the Cherry-on-top.
