I was in the store for maybe 20 minutes, no one working there looked in my general direction. I asked for a sample, they don't have samples on-site of all what's shown in the showroom. They said they'd send the sample to my house which was very nice. It arrived after a few days and it's a totally different tile. I have to choose a tile by tomorrow to stay on schedule and it's not going to be Daltile.

Product was nice but only contractors can pick up and return. Had 1 full case as extra and called and representative was rude and not helpful, finally stating non-returnable. So for all out there, only buy extra realizing non-returnable and not to expect a friendly rep on phone calls.

We broke an old 2x2 tile - we needed just one - I was stunned when they were able to help us out - and share a few tiles - seriously, such generosity was completely unexpected - I would tell anyone to go to Daltile and listen to their advice. The folks at Daltile saved the day!

The showroom was magnificent and the people were fantastic.
