Did not feel welcomed, felt like I wasted her time. Not friendly, very short, when I asked a question and very unprofessional. Glad I found a dress elsewhere that went out of there way to find me the dress that I wanted from this shop. Like most of the stores they can order a dress from the catalog, she told me once she sells that dress that's it.. smh, when every other spot I went too, can order me the dress. I wish I can give them a 0 because this was horrible service from the many stores I went to. Glad I was looking for a dress and not my daughter because her customer service is rude, very short, unprofessional, not welcoming at all and makes you feel like your wasting her time. Never again. Thank you for not helping me out. Glad I found another shop that went out of there way to find the dress I want.

The lady at the store helped my husband and 2 boys get their suits. She is super helpful and was really sweet. I would definitely come back, I don’t understand the bad reviews, she has a great selection of dresses and suits for men/kids.

It’s disappointing to see all of the negative reviews, they almost scared me into not going at all. Luckily we took a chance after seeing the large selection of beautiful gowns on TikTok, and we had a great experience at Dalia’s Boutique. My daughter is extremely picky, the last school dance we shopped for we went to at least 6 stores before she found something. This time, we were struggling to find something perfect for senior ball. We did a lot of online browsing, Dalia’s was the first and only store we went to. My daughter fell in love with a dress in the first few minutes we walked in. The prom dresses were between $200-400 which is extremely reasonable, and the owner does FREE alterations (hemming is an additional fee). My daughter is really small and her dress needed a lot taken in, Dalia did an amazing job at the alterations and it fit literally like a glove AND dress was ready in a week. You literally cannot beat this kind of dress quality and service. They were very busy each time we came in, the customer service is good but you have to have fair expectations with the traffic they have in the store and it is a small family owned business, you aren’t going to get a ton of personalized time with all of the customers they have to serve. I am so glad that we took a chance and found the perfect gown. Highly recommend!

I definitely wouldn't go back my daughter has a hard time finding here dress size and was frustrated and I explained that to thr lady cause my daughter started crying, no sympathy here. I would go the mall to impressions they sell same brand off dress. Alot outdated styles here. Also if owner talks abt u to Spanish speaking to others thinking u don't understand.

I cannot say enough about Dalia's. My daughter had prom tonight and had not found a dress as of 5 days ago and was out of town so we could not try on dresses. I came in to see what they had in stock that we might be able to purchase off the rack but did not find the one she wanted. The owner immediately showed me some catalogs with the style I liked and said if I got her my daughter's measurements first thing Monday morning she could have the dress rushed and it would arrive by Thursday. I went ahead and ordered a dress and hoped for the best, as prom was Friday. Come Thursday she sent me a text to let me know the dress came in. My daughter went by after school, tried it on and loved it but it needed alterations because of her height. The owner pinned the dress for alterations and told us to come back the next morning and it would be ready for her prom tonight. Today was prom and I was able to pick up her dress that fit like perfection. I have to disagree with the other reviews because these ladies were AWESOME and I told everyone about our great experience at pictures tonight. I honestly do not think we will ever buy from another store again. Thank you for EXCEEDING our expectations!

The good reviews must be from friends and family. Took my daughter here on Sunday to hopefully get the prom dress of her dreams. Walked in didn’t get any type of greeting, just stares up and down from everyone standing behind the counter and the couple of girls standing in front of the counter, makes me wonder if discrimination didn’t come into play. We walked over to the dresses and started browsing, not one person came up to us to ask if we needed help. We didn’t even know who worked there, assuming the lady giving us a dirty look by the counter was the “owner” per what others have said. My daughter prompted us to leave after realizing no one was gonna help. We went down the street a few miles to the absolute most amazing dress shop. My daughter was treated like she was the most important person in the store, as well as all the other girls in the store. My daughter did find her perfect dress at the other shop down Stockton.

Wonder why Delia’s was dead and the other shop poppin?

I love this place, I first came here looking for suite rentals for the boys in my daughter's sweet 16. I wish I would have found it earlier because I would have got the girls dresses here to. The store is clean the service is great and the dresses are gorgeous. It's the only place I go now to get my daughters their dresses for any formal school dances. They always find the perfect dress.

I wish i could give zero stars . My baby went in their all happy to look for a dress and the lady was simple rude . Her whole approch was negitive . We asked to look for dresses because we wanted to choose a color because her quince is about 9 months out . She basically was telling us no we cant and should wait till it gets closer because seasons change . we were trying to get an idead of what color we wanted to go with . she seen the look on out face and was like oh u can try 2 dresses if you want . we did and left . Went to lupitas on franklin and OMG . Shr gave us the experience we deserved and actually got a dress thats day . Lupitas it totaly oppisit of this place and i wouldnt step foot in bete or refer anyone again and if she want’s to say she wasnt rude i have video because we went in so excited trying to have an experience she killed in 2 min. Im not sure if maybe she was having a bad day but luckily we went to a place that chnaged out whole day and ended great .
