This store needs serious help nothing things to work at this store. That's including the people working there sorry supposedly working there. You would think the owner would do something about this store and the problems that's always there.

Went by to this Dale's market in Hanceville, only because I had to go to Jasper and I need fuel. And again you can't get a receipt at the pumps you go in and one girl is on the side talking and other one is having problems with the register freezing up.

This place needs to hire people that's willing to work. Everytime you go in there to get fuel the pump doesn't have paper in them and when you go inside to get a copy they have an attitude problem.

As usual the pumps won't read a card tried twice it said see cashier. So I walk all the way inside the cashier said leave driver's license or credit card. Not stupid enough to leave credit card unattended with cashier left driver's license. Walk all the way back out to the try three times to get cashier has never turned pump on had to go back inside and get my driver's license. It wouldn't be so bad if I didn't have a bad back and copd. Which was extremely painful walking all the way inside again. The cashier which I took a picture of him. In case anything comes up about my driver's license and driver's license number that he had. The cashier his butt should be fired he was smiley when I walk back in to get my driver's license. The cashier intentionally did not cut the pump on. He thought it was funny. I wish it would let me post his picture.i have been doing business their since they opened not ever again.

One of the most successful businesses in Hanceville and a trademark of what people are looking for in an otherwise ill opportuned rural town. Convenience. Been a favorite stop of mine since it opened and it is literally down the road. They deal with everyone from the oil man to the hopeless drunk on their last dime and they will always have my respect. The workers do need more compensation for what they do though, but they work very hard.

This place is the worst I’ve ever been to. I found a pubic hair in my food! When I asked that they simply replace it, I was told to “deal with it” and called decrepit. Then, as I was leaving, I overheard management (I think his name was Greg) make inappropriate remarks to an underaged worker. I’m pretty sure they piss in the gas too

Terrible customer service. I purchased gas and snacks. As I was pumping my gas I noticed my front tire was almost flat. I went back in and asked the cashier for a dollar in quarters so I could get air at the air machine in the parking lot. She said I'm sorry I can't do that. She literally would not let me give her a paper dollar for 4 quarters so I could air up my tire. That's ridiculous. I'll never go back to that store!
