This is by far the worst gas station. Last night 1/21/25 I went in around 7:30 PM to purchase some things and this cupcake dessert included. They had so many on the shelves I didn’t think any of it. I got home and bit the cupcake once. The taste awful, it tastes so bad, like bad milk. I’ve been feeling bad ever since. I’m looking at it better. This cupcake is expired since September of last year 2024. This is ridiculous and wrong on so many levels. They employees are lazy, every time I go in there they either talk with each other , don’t even bother to great customers, either they on their phones. I always have to ask for a bag when I have 6,7 + items. I’m always the one having to say “ hi how are ya”
first because they don’t even look at you or speak, they just start scanning items. This place is a joke and been a joke. I’m curious what FDA has to say about this.

I would just love to give thanks to Cleo at the Shell Station at 711 Duval station road. She was so helpful to me while I tried several times to put the app on my phone. She is always smiling and alway so helpful and kind when I come to get my gas. We need more people like Cleo in the workplace today. Gas pumps are clean, only one diesel pump. Store is clean and average gas station selection beside the restaurant. I came late so the restaurant was closed. (Get the Borden Chocolate milk, it’ll change your life.) Gas station attendant was on the phone the whole time and I can’t tell if he was talking to me or the person on the phone.

Went here on New Years Day in the evening around 8pm with a roll of quarters. I attempted to buy 2 items and the cashier was visibly annoyed by my roll of quarters. When she counted out my $4.50 of quarters for my items, I asked if I could get bills back, as I needed them since the Tooth Fairy was visiting my house tonight. She said she couldn’t do that. I then told her that I wouldn’t be purchasing anything and she scooted my quarters to back me. I will only be returning with pennies from now on for cashiers to count. Terrible service.

Since when can a manager do what they want? Other Daily’s do not charge for ice if you have your own cup…I spoke with the manager and she said she started that a month ago.. it’s crazy and then I talked to someone above her and they said she could do what she wants.. well that’s just insane that if you have your own cup that they charge for ice.. one of the cashiers there stays so high she basically can’t stand still, unless she started going to the clinic and is on legal drugs.. I don’t think they drug test at all.. which if they get the job done oh well… just looks bad for the company that will no longer get my business with gas or anything as far as that goes…signed a customer that use drive 4 miles there and 4 miles back just for coffee… good riddance Daily’s… you left a bad taste in my mouth…

The store clerk inside was friendly and the store was moderately clean. The second store clerk was outside the store rapping profanity instead of working. The men's restroom was disgusting. There are two toilets. The handicap toilet had feces all over the seat and commode. The second toilet had no toilet paper. The floor was littered with discarded toilet paper and dirty. None of the sinks had working soap dispensers. Overall unsatisfactory.

Very nice and clean gas station that serves food along with drinks and beer/wine the cashiers are friendly also has a decent car wash area
