I have never been treated so horribly and disrespectful. Mauricio, the man that works there should not be employed in the service industry. Not only was he rude, insulting, and disrespectful in presence of my two girls. They stole 70 dollars that I never pump gas and when I came back and explained to him, He threatened me and made fun of me. He told me ironically that if I didn't like it, I should complain to the police. He made a mistake and instead of trying to rectify the problem decided to tell me I don’t know how to pump . Absolutely the worst. I’ve written Daily’s corporate and I look forward to a response.

I have never been treated so horribly and disrespectful at any store far less a store in my own neighborhood. The old man that works there should not be employed in the service industry. Not only was he insulting but combative and does not know his job. He made a mistake and instead of trying to rectify the problem decided to tell me I don’t know how to pump fuel, it was only until I figured out what he did wrong 5 mins into arguing he fixed the mistake and told me get out of his store and then blamed me for my attitude. Absolutely the worst. I’ve written Daily’s corporate and I look forward to a response.

This gas station is horrible. I used to purchase all of my gas and that of my family there, not to mention plenty of last minute items ranging from snacks & milk to lottery tickets; at least until I just finally had it with the poor and lack of customer service received each and every time. The final straw was about a week and a half ago when I was filling up my 33 gallon pickup truck with gas and I went inside to check five lottery tickets that I had purchased there the night before. The cashier whom was having a personal conversation with a friend and clearly was not up to doing her job told me she was too busy to check my tickets and that I needed to use the machine (that barely ever works correctly). Keep in mind there was no other customer in the store, other than the person whom the employee was having a personal conversation with. This was not an isolated incident, it’s always something with the employees there and not only with incidents I have experienced but with other customers I have witnessed. It’s usually poor attitudes, discourteous actions or comments, impolite or just plain out rude. I am the head of a house-hold that hosts four vehicles and since I pay for all my family (wife, kids & my gas) I use to have them all go there weekly and usually more than once, but since this last incident, I’m done! It’s the closest gas station to my house but I don’t care, Ill drive further as long as I do not have to deal with this type of poor customer service. So now I have instructed my family to fill up at another location. I sent an email to Daily’s requesting to be contacted about the matter and of course no-one reached out.

Before Irma came, I was able to get gas here twice. There was a young guy with long locs that stood outside and made the process of getting gas very smooth for everyone. I appreciated that. Kudos to the store and staff for helping to make the process easier during such a chaotic time. Great work.

The manager is racist. He doesn’t have any customer service and the company needs to reevaluate the people they employ. I went in to purchase something and he did not want to sell it to me because of the color of my skin. He ripped up my money in front of me and said it was already ripped and wouldn’t accept it. I’m beyond disgusted and disappointed that things like this still happens in America nevertheless my hometown.

It's open 24 hours. I visit the location at 11pm and late night lady has the Doors locked. Sign clearly says open 24hrs.
