This store has the rudest staff and management of any place I have ever visited. They will accuse you of breaking stuff even though you're trying to fix their broken stuff. And they are not nice about it. It's a shame that some people have such chips on their shoulder that they feel they have to be rude to everyone. It's really a piss poor business model. You should treat your customers as people, not assume they are thieves. I recommend it no one ever visit this store. We will certainly never be back.

I feel bad and not so bad for the owners of this place. They don't get why they are going out of business. It's because they don't have a good business model of treating your customers with respect and with dignity. You need to smile, make the customer feel welcomed, make them want to come back. Instead this place and the people that work there do the complete opposite. Basically it is too late now, the place has a dark culture of mistreating the customer. Probably comes down from the top. The manager act as if they are Lords and the customers are peasants. To fix this you'd have to fire pretty much everyone that works there and hire management team that sees to improve the customer experience and make them want to comeback again. There are so many negative people working there with sour puss faces.

Do not recommend.. they don't allow kids to ride in the buggies. They tell you they have to sit in the top part only. Well not all kids fit in there. Then they are extremely rude about it when your inquire why it's a issue for them in the bottom of the buggie..they won't allow you to bring in your own stroller but will tell you to let your child walk.. well mine is not mature enough to walk and not get into things as he is only 3.5 but big for his age and then if you do let your kid go walk they follow you like a hawk and yell at your child constantly for touching things..oh and they make up new rules right and left.. I definitely don't recommend if you have young kids or extra fluffy kids.. horrible experience.. ?

Interesting pricing concept but kind of misleading. Everything is the same price with a different amount each day. Highest price point is on Saturday's when the place is restocked at $12 per item I believe it is. From there the price decreases each day with items being $1 on Friday's. However, the misleading part is not all of the merchandise is made available each day. They rope off sections of the store making certain items unavailable on the lower price point days. All items are Amazon returns. They have a furniture section in the back of the store that you have to ask for admission to. The furniture does NOT follow the daily price points. Overall a decent store with a compelling concept, just not entirely up front about all merchandise being made available every day. There is also a zero return policy. Once you pay for it it's yours no matter the reason for trying to return it. They accept cash and charge cards. Keep these things in mind while shopping and you should have a pleasant shopping experience.

The woman that was testing our electronics did not want to be at work! I get it, but damn! I felt like a severe inconvenience to her. I wish she would’ve just told me straight up that I’m an idiot. It would have made me feel better than the way she was talking to me. I don’t like to leave bad reviews but sorry. Idk if I will come back because if asking to have items tested is gonna be a big burden I can’t. The way you treat people actually does matter 🙂

Went there today for the 2nd time and will not be going again. Workers are very rude. Especially 1 cashier that I got to check out. 9 months pregnant with 2 toddlers didn't want to struggle with moving them from 1 shopping cart on to the other one and cashier yelled at me told me I couldn't do that then hit me on the stomach with the other shopping cart then made a joke as I walked out. Very unprofessional
