This place is trash. They don't open at 5 on Sunday. They are rude, and don't like to their job. God for bid you have a question about something they should be dealing with on a daily basis. If you are standing in line you may have to be verbally clear about how you are next. They casually pick and choose who they want to serve. I have personally been over looked several times and I was right infront of their faces.

Since moving here from Florida in 2018 they have the best lunch bar in the area. Their Fried Catfish is the best tasting fish around including Alexander City and Wetumpka area’s. D&R’s fried fish reminds me of eating fresh fish off the boat in the coastal area’s of the Gulf and West Florida regions. I Highly recommend!

Great cheeseburgers! And they recently added a new machine for coffee, lemonade, frozen lemonade, smoothies, and more! Great service too! Go here and you won’t be disappointed!

If I could leave no stars, I would in a heart beat. I stopped shopping at D&R years ago because they were very rude. My recent last 2 visits after about 2 years were no better. The first visit, I was in line and the lady called the guy behind me (we were in the exact same line for the EXACT same register) to come in front of me. I being patient let it go and gave benefit of the doubt. The second time, TODAY (9/11/17) I went in for a 3 piece chicken snack. There was a woman in front of me who bought everything they had which was fine, so when I got up there i asked if I could have 2- 3 piece chicken snacks once they had some more out. The response "This is all we have." She didn't ask if I would mind waiting for more. She had a very nasty attitude about it and I understand my dollar doesn't mean anything and I'm just a number. I am ok with that and I am also aware that if I don't shop there, it won't be noticed and I'm ok with that. One thing though, I do know customer service and I do know that the public can be very tedious and nerve wracking, but don't be rude when I haven't even been "that customer." If you made it this far then I would like to say in no way am bashing the company. They might be great people, but my personal experiences with the staff is maybe just how I feel. I won't be back, but if you have a different experience than me then that's ok... this one is mine.
