After all, my experience wasn’t bad.
Got there at 1 pm one day before appointment.
They didn’t take me in so had to go to FJ
11am appointment, checked in 9:45. They won’t let you check in 30 min untill appointment time.
Was giving a door around 11:30 am and I was empty by 12:30 so not bad.
No lumper fee, I guess it’s just depends of what you have.

First and last time here for me. I arrived at 10:45 for an 11:00 appointment, hit the dock at 10:50 and after going back to the office and nagging them multiple times, I drove out the gate at 17:06, over 6 hours later. The concept of holding up a $150,000 asset and a driver while minimum wage lumpers count and play musical chairs with pallets of bandages is ABSURD.

NEVER again. These people here don't get the concept of the actual cost to the carrier and driver sitting here unproductive. I pointed this out to them and it just fell on deaf ears. I almost missed my next appointment and had to overnight because of them taking 6 hours to do what should have taken one hour--pull 17 pallets off my trailer.

My carrier has permanently blacklisted this facility after this experience. Rank them with Target and Dollar distribution centers...

BTW, I talked to a couple other drivers and it was their first time there. I'm guessing that's not a coincidence--probably a lot of drivers are one-and-done with this place.

Check in about 30 minutes before your appt. They assign a dock. One you get in it, take paperwork to door beside Dock 24. I was unloaded and out in about 3 hours. Nice people all around.

When I started waiting this review I gave one star but completely all job I have to give five. I read a lot of negative reviews Before I arrived, so I am going to take 3 to 4 hours complete this drop. I have a three drops load and already completed first one, this is second and I only hope they can give me enough time to do the third drop. In fact, there are just three or four pallets need to drop here. My appointment is 11:00 but I arrived at 7:00 for have more time to waste ?. One lady checked my appointment then told me come again after 10. It’s really a little bit earlier so I have to leave CVS. Thank jack provide some truck parking space so I parked there and wrote this review. About 9:30, I drive to CVS again. Then All what happen make me give a five. 9:45 give me a door number. Before 10 I attacked door. 10:30 call me get paper. Before 11 I already on the way to last drop. So nice job! I don’t know if it’s an accident for just I am lucky. But I prefer to believe they are improving their job and already got a lot of improvement.

Got here 1hour 30 minutes early , if you’re debating using TQL with this trash company don’t!!!!! I’ve been waiting 9 hours and counting on paperwork to be verified . They’re playing the blame game . Do yourself a favor and book another load not worth the headache !

Good people. Just hate the new policy for us small delivery guys now we can’t just drop a box and keep going we have to wait for the other drivers or driver . And that could be any where between 1-3 hours … makes no sense

Yeap! It is true, checked in at 0800 for a 0900 appointment, so far 5 hours have gone by and I am still here. They gave me a door as soon as I checked in but that means nothing, an hour after being at a door I got a text with my lumper fee, still means nothing, let's see how many more hours after these 5 so far. Stay away, heed my words.
