Have not been to CVS for a very, very long time and do NOT plan to visit again.No basket available on entering store so had to go outside to find a basket
The store was a little dark and dingy and noticed on going to checkout, there was was trash on the floor.
The shelf pricing system is hard to understand on the items that even have prices i.e. a regular price sticker then a paper price stating buy one and get one 50% off. Items are so overpriced that you are still paying too much per individual item even with the second item being 50% off.
Two check out lines open and both moving at a snail's pace. The customer behind me in line said he just usually left the store , didn't realize that he meant leave the store with his items and without paying until he did just that. He walked out of the store with his items and did not pay. The two customers behind him put their items down and walked out.
All of that negativity so why did I stay ? New insurance plan this year who sent me here. May consider changing plans for service this bad.
My son had to use the restroom and was told he had to go to another store . I was still in the checkout line after he drove to the other store, used the restroom and drove back.
WORST service I've encountered in a long time. Most frustrating part of the whole experience was the lack of price on a lot of the items .

CVS does not answer their phone. As a result I could not get my pain medication and ended up in urgent care. CVS sucks and I'll never do business with them again.

Not one of my favorite places to shop or at least not this particular location.
Store feels a little dingy and seems to be understaffed .
I went in to take some expired medications for disposal only to be told that their disposal bin was fill and would not be emptied for about another week.
Between the general appearance and the disappointment, I chose not to do any additional shopping here.

If you want to medication on time go to CVS they always have it and if they don’t have it, They were ordered it for you and it don’t even take long so I recommend everyone to go to CVS the pharmacist the team members all very helpful. And very caring Thank you CVS for being there for me.

I went to ER and my family did not want me going home, because I live by myself. So, I was taken to Lancaster, which is a long way from my home CVS. My neice simply took me to a 24-hour CVS and I had to relay some information, and it only took minutes before I was told to wait that my medication would be ready in less than five (5) minutes, and it was. Exprememly satisfied with the professionalism and compassinate shown by the phmarcy department at CVS 24-Hour in Lancaster, California.

The workers are rude and livers they tried to prevent me from getting my pain medication after a major surgery and the threatened to call my doctor with lies and the pharmacist agreed with all of the deceit.

24hr CVS has the nicest people. I know them on a 1st name basis. It’s in a dicey area, but they’re the ONLY 24hr Rx in 100+ miles! I don’t operate 9-5 They’re invaluable to me 👍🏼 Security guard is Ezekiel. Sweetheart! Gives hugs 🥰 I’ve been here 4 years now.
