Customer service here is trash, this location has trash workers...The cakes dont be cooked half the time nor the cookies... I called to let them no she said she can only give me a refund if i bring these busted cakes back , I already had told her i'm not because i live on the other side of town JUST DO BETTER how hard is that

The cost for Each Cookie is NOT worth it. Every time I purchase these cookies please tell me why the young adults I buy them for will place them in the fridge and then throw them away after only eating one out of a four pack I have to ask since they have no Allergy Free I'm unable to taste them to know why they end up in the trash after sitting in my fridge so quickly. They are the ones that say give one star but I gave two because the service is nice it's the product I have seen be the issue

What an experience yesterday evening. Rude young woman who almost dumped out the 3 mini cookies I ordered, wiped the top of the box with a paper towel, and handed the sticky box to me.
I will not be returning to the Stockton Crumbl Cookie.

Went in and placed my order via self-serve kiosk! Which was extremely easy and fast. Within minutes, my order was ready! I ordered 4 cookies. 2 wedding cake (pink frosting in photo) and 2 vanilla sugar. The cookies were crazy fresh and soft! I will be going back to try more flavors! Perfect for me and my mom on special days! 💕

I don’t like how staff is not really outgoing or friendly it’s more like hey what do you want okay here, I wish they were a little more friendly and helpful but idk if that what they’re trained to be or maybe they’re just busy.

I have only been going to Crumbl for about two months. I love these cookies that apple caramel cookie is so good. I started off with the minis the first time I tried them and went back that same day and got a four pack of large. They have great customer service as well.

Best addition to my little mommy and daughter day 🥰 we finished our day with crumbl cookies and it will be out new tradition. The customer service was awesome, the place looks so clean and cute. The cookies them self where so fresh and delicious 😋 my favorite was the churro and definite must have.
