The good cookies were all sold out, so we got the Oreo one. It came frozen and was probably baked a few hours back, so it wasn’t very fresh. This one was definitely not worth $5.

I’ve picked up cookies here 3 times and 2 out of the 3 times were bad. Once the chocolate chip cookie had a load of salt on it, and the last time the apple pie cookie was rock hard. Both times were inedible. Now I go to another location or none at all. Too bad because I live near by. The people working there were nice though.

I visited the store a few days ago to get my birthday cookie.. the blue-eyed young lady that works there was such a sweetheart. She helped me pick the flavor and wished me a very happy birthday! She absolutely deserves a 5 star rating. Also, the cookie was absolutely delicious and filled with chocolate chunks. I can't wait to go again and try all the other flavors 😋

A cookie shop that changes their selection every so often. Upon walking into the shop,the staff was friendly and helped with what was new and will be discontinuing for the next batch of flavors. The cookies themselves were pretty doughy if you're into that as it gives the warm fresh feel when you chew into one. Some of the cookies were a bit too sweet for my palette but I appreciate the unique presentation of the bakes goods they serve. Hopefully they'll have a cookie I'd pick up a dozen of but for now, it's "alright". 🍪

I recently had the pleasure of trying Crumbl Cookie in Lake Forest, and these cookies are truly addicting - from the moment you take your first bite, you'll find it hard to stop.

What I love most about Crumbl Cookie is their convenient online ordering system. I was able to easily browse their menu, select my cookies, and schedule a pick-up time that worked for me. When I arrived at the store, the customer service was top-notch - Yum Yum Yum Yum Yum Yum Yum Yum!!! And if you don’t know who the Cookie Monster is shame on you.

I love Crumbl but this location was not too friendly and I wasn’t greeted at all. The guy who made my cookie barely put any jam or frosting on it 🙁
