Ice cream machine is all this place has hoping for it! Guess what it is out of order.
9/28 our neighborhood was down from Hurricane Helene I went in for a coffee. They can't be neighborly and give a break on price.
Today I went in and ground chuck is $13.50 a lb! What? It's not organic, its not grass fed and it's price gouging people. I try to support local but this place is high vittles!

Beware of the Vegetables when you walk in the main door. They mark down the prices and never fix their cheat sheet scan card they use at the register. Peaches were priced on the sign 1.39 per pound. Big large price sign. They rang up 2.29 per pound. I told the cashier.

He couldn't figure out how to fix it. Then another employee tried. "THEY ARE ALL WRINGING UP THE SAME PRICE,Sir!?"
I told them again that's not the price on the sign...?
"Well, that's how they are ringing up!!"
I said, this happens all the time with the vegetables over there. Potato's and tomatoes. You all mark the big signs, but never fix your pricing? So what do we do?
" That's how they are ringing up?"
Can you just mark it down

The look I got for that question was shear terror and aggravation!, Like I was the one being rude or something I said it again.
THIS HAPPENS ALL THE TIME, can you fix it

Then my child asks me. "Dad, what's wrong?" I said the price is wrong and they won't fix it She said "Why" I immediately said. Well, it's got to be because it's not their money and they don't care to fix the price! She said what do we do. I said. We pay for it and go on! The look of confusion from her 8yo face was priceless. She said. "That's not right! They are wrong and should fix it!"
I replied with. They should! But, we can see they are not going too.

They took me for $1.75 this time. The last time was potatoes. They got me for about $2.25. Then a time before that it was tomato's for $1 something. So in summary they have stolen from me now 3 times!! Over 5$

You may say... It's just 5$.... Well, I'm a disabled, retired soldier, and I am not entitled to anything. But, That's my 5$ of freedom!!! I worked hard for that 5$. I earned it! I worked for it! Paid taxes on it! Paid IGA employee wages with it!

Train the employees to do simple price over rides. If you don't trust them to use the option correctly. Then keep your pricing up to date and correct at the point of sale. If it was their money, I bet they would have cared about almost 2$

Other than this continuous problem. The place is nice and the workers are mostly nice and kind. But WATCH THOSE PRICES!

This is a combo gas station, grocery store, and restaurant. They have a pretty extensive collection of groceries, plus all the snacks and fountain drinks you’d find at the gas station. When we came on a Sunday afternoon, the place was hopping. We had to wait in line for a while as the 2 clerks did the best they could to manage the crowds. It’s definitely a great place to run out and grab something you forgot for your recipe, or get a slushie, but I wouldn’t do all my grocery shopping here. Prices are higher than other places, but I guess you pay for the convenience.

I come in this store every morning Monday through Friday. I'll never come back. I'm assuming the manager "brooke" is not customer service material. Very snooty. Acts like someone owes her something. I will not be back. You've lost my business. If you don't like your job. Go elsewhere.

Reasonably priced, friendly staff, surprisingly wide range of selection for what's basically a gas station. However, my wife and I walked in one day and the main display of strawberries they were selling were absolutely covered with white mold. Pretty shocking they'd leave that sitting right at the front door as soon as you enter. I don't think they're very good at staying on top of expiring food. Aside from the issue with fresh produce, I think they're great.

Did y'all know this is a whole entire grocery store? Because I definitely didn't when I pulled up to what I thought was a petrol station. And I've been here long enough to know that having things like cheese selections and uncooked meats are not a thing most roadside fuel stations have.

Stopped here for potty break. They were nice, clean Iga/Shell gas store. Sold blue bell ice cream here.
