Depending from where you are coming, you may get an impression that you need to find off street parking as I did but there is designated parking lot for this place. Well maintained paved path and spectacular views of Santa Fe city. This places is free to the public

A short staircase leading up to the cross was a decent enough hike and views from the top were amazing as you could see the entire city of Santa Fe from above so definitely worth the walk and as you walk up there are plaques with history in chronological order moving up, so its like a story narrative and you can spend quite a bit of time on the walk up.

Nice short Promenade trail with a nice view over Santa Fé. Parking available if driving directly to the top. Otherwise parking possible every where down on any street (fee for parking, app only).

Beautiful view of the city and an easy 5 minute walk to the top.

There's also a parking lot at the top if you don't want to walk up. There's not a parking lot at the bottom, but you should be able to find some nearby street parking.

We enjoyed this experience and definitely recommend it for something fun to do in the area!

Beautiful view of the city. Go up at dusk and the sunset will wow you first. Stay long enough and the lights of the city will come up and your view will be completely different! I recommend parking somewhere at the bottom and doing the hike up. The path is well paved, and there are nearly a dozen brass plaques that tell the history. Very cool. You will have to search for parking (at the bottom) and likely park a few blocks away. You can also park at the top and walk down to the cross, but you won't get to see the history, or get the steps!

Hi everyone, I have been to this place ( cross of the martyrs) a couple of times. It's so refreshing out here, and you can overlook santa fe downtown. Make sure you guys come here during sunset, and you won't regret it. It's just close by from the St. Francis cathedral. Every time I come here, I feel like I'm so energized. So take care, and God bless us all.

Self guided walk. Beautiful panaramic views of the city. A great stop and quick visit. But worth the time. Many people. Ring items to leave at the cross in rememberable of loved ones.

I recommend parking above the cross on the hill and walking down. Put "parking lot for the Cross of the Martyrs" in gps for better results.

There is a picnic area here but not much shade from the sun.
