Cross Keys Commons is usually always crowded, but only at the highest traffic times is it ever overcrowded. There's a good selection of shops - many have been there for decades. I don't love the parking layout; it makes it difficult to get out if you're near the end by the light, and toward the center of the shops, it's cramped with these tiny little sections instead of longer rows. But it's pretty clean and the stores are mostly all good, so I just try to stay out of there when it's likely to be more crowded. I'm not a big people person anyway. 😆

Didn't go in but looks like a good selection of shoes. I will go back to the store to check out prices and sizes. Was in a rush so didn't have time,
I gave it a 5 star from what I saw from the window.

Don't like going to Ross or Marshalls I'm a 3X guy they do not have big guy stuff if you need big guy stuff Burlington is the place to be always five stars Burlington

I definitely don't recommend this Ross location. The customer service was awful, management was not helpful! I needed to return something, unfortunately I didn't have the physical receipt, but I paid by debit, I wanted to return because the item didn't fit and was dirty. The cashier was very rude about me returning the item. Even though I spent $100 that day. I did go to Audubon, where they gladly assisted me. Nevertheless, I will gladly skip a trip here. Not worth the hassle if the customer service is bad.
