Dishonest staff. Despite asking repeatedly what the return policy was they pointed to a sign that says exchanges in 14 days. The dressing room was packed so I asked if I could purchase go home to try on and return both the older rude woman and the very polite young woman agreed. I returned 5 minutes later they refuse to accept my return and refused to clarify their return policy before I made my purchase which it seems bizarre not to be honest about such a strange return policy. I will never return to this location. When I requested a contact name or number for owner or higher management the owner older woman became hostile and refused. I then asked when they restock merchandise and had no answer. I’m so disappointed because I always loved creations until this experience.

Update! I called and every other Creations location verified they offer store credit that never expires for full priced merchandise with tags a receipt. Apparently these people at this location are underpaid or mistreated into lying to customers. Maybe they’re desperate for commission? Either way save yourself the headache and visit any other creations location. the the cards with store credit can be used at any creations location. Beware the employees at La Encantada do not follow policy and I will follow up with a BBB complaint on this location.

Very misleading staff. I specifically asked when I purchased the item if I could return it and they said yes within 14 days. When I went back in the staff was rude and unwilling to work let me return it even though they had told me wrong when I first went in. They pointed to a sign hidden behind another object on the counter. Very disappointed as I would not have the made purchase if the person had told the full truth.
