I bought a necklace from the desert ridge location and was informed that jewelry had a no return policy. It struck me as weird since I’ve never had a retail store tell me that before, maybe if it were a high end brand it would make more sense, but not a chain location. I was under the impression that this was a quality necklace but it has been all but that. I have a metal allergy with cheap jewelry and I have a sneaking suspicion that’s it’s because of a nickel sensitivity. I’ve had some pretty bad reactions to this necklace, red rashes, bumps, sweltering, at one point it looked as if I had dark red pimples on my neck. The no return policy feels much shadier now considering that the store was not entirely honest to me. Paying what I paid for a nickel filled allergy necklace is ridiculous and I do not recommend. It seems as if they know what they are doing, making cheap jewelry, and prohibiting returns on it to keep the profit.

NO REFUNDS so buyers beware! My experience at the Creations Desert Ridge store was far from the hippie boho laid back vibe it advertises. I do not like to complain but felt it was warranted after my horrible experience with their store mgr. After looking around for quite some time with no one in sight to assist me, I went to the cashier desk to ask for help. I let the salesperson know I was looking to purchase a sun hat to wear at the hotel pool but did not want it to be made out of paper for obvious reasons. She seemed to take offense to my comment by blessing me with a major attitude. She went on to inform me that none of their hats were made out of paper stating they only carried straw hats. Long story short, I bought 2 + other merchandise and left. Shortly after leaving I realized the hats were indeed 100% paper. I went back to the store the following day and was again greeted by the same store mgr. After trying to explain the situation she let me know they DO NOT give refunds and that I should have seen the sign the day before. I told her that was not the issue. I asked her if she thought it was fair based on the fact I would not have purchased the hats in the first place if I knew they would basically disintegrate in water. She did not seem to give a rip. No apology, no I'm sorry for my mistake, no attempt at a resolution... nothing but a rather flippant reminder that there were NO REFUNDS! I asked for the contact info of a customer service mgr, corporate consumer relations person or any other higher up to which she replied "I am the management." What? Who even says that? Given the complexities and challenges of shopping post pandemic, it would be nice to inform all customers of their NO REFUND policy. I also think the store manager of all people should not only understand but take responsibility for a misinformed & erroneous purchase such as this and be willing to offer a resolution. This store's abysmal customer service etiquette should be addressed at a corporate level. Desert Ridge's store mgr (who said she was visiting from their Tucson location) clearly sees herself as the one and only person in charge of this company.

It is true what people are saying about the refund policy but
there is a sign at the counter
thay explains that. So they way I see it just make sure what you are purchasing is what you want and try it on first! Someone complained about not wanting paper hats but yet bought them when the tag clearly says 100% paper. Now that is just silly. Also there were not any rude employees when I visited the store, tried on, and bought items that I know will work and not need returned. As a matter of fact I am going back for more of the awesome cami's.

Staff was extremely rude. I had to make an exchange today for a dress I bought here and the blonde lady up front scolded me and was extremely rude. She told me to “make sure this doesn’t happen again” and “I’ll make this exception just once” even though their return policy is very clear. A different time I came into buy something a different staff member was very rude to me when I asked the total price of my purchase. Clothes are cute here but WAY over priced for medium quality. I love the clothes but unfortunately won’t be coming back because of the extremely rude employees

I have bought Angie before and never seen a full store with clothing items in it!! I happened to stop by desert ridge marketplace today and I was SOOO excited to find boho clothing for plus sizes. I have only ever found Angie at Ross before never anywhere else so I was in boho clothing heaven!! I recently lost weight so being able to buy smaller sizes was wonderful!! I didn’t get greeted or helped until I made it towards the front. Seems maybe they don’t have a lot of staff but the young lady staff member was very kind to me as well as the other woman working there. They answered my questions and seemed very helpful when I was shopping about where the items were I was looking for. I got two pairs of pants and two pairs of shorts I’m super happy with! Also a really cute horoscope eye shadow pallet I am very happy with my purchases and I hope to be back at this store for more future purchases. I finally can build my dream boho wardrobe!!!!!

I wish they had the option for negative stars because this was the WORST experience I have ever went through with the retail industry. I am 16 and was spending time with my friend, having a great time until we entered this store. We thought some stuff was cute and held it with us as we walked around… the owner of the store was eyeing us the entire time with suspicion, though we were just casually shopping. She insisted on holding my items for me, assuming we were going to try things on.. and we went to the dressing rooms to do so and tried on our clothes. After I walked out she started accusing me of stealing, telling me that she counted the amount of items and that some are missing. She then also tried searching me, when an Angel of an employee told her that she had already put my stuff away and that nothing was missing. Never again will I step foot in this store. Owner is horrible and does not deserve to own a business.

What a GEM!!!!! This boutique is huge, organized, and has an amazing atmosphere. Everyone was so kind. I spent 2 hours in here just trying things on. Every piece felt unique whether it was pattern based or the cut. I bought a beautiful dress that I unfortunately will have to exchange due to it being shorter than I realized for work, BUT I am so excited to go back and find a good trade for it 🙂 My new FAVORITE store!

This store has such cute stuff and it's set up nicely making it super fun to shop. The best part of my experience was Marilyn. She was SO unbelievably sweet and helpful. I honestly bought 3x the amount of stuff because she made it such a fun experience. Love this store now. 🙂 Thanks, Marilyn!
