CRAZY BY RASEL - Drive Thru Convenience Open 24 Hours - Lakeland, Florida

The concept of a “drive through convenience store” was very new to me when I moved to Florida. And I’m not sure if it’s really even much of a thing outside of Lakeland, but I really think it should be.

Crazy by Rasel is true convenience- it’s a small storefront which has 2 sides you can drive up to (though they’re very specific that they want you to drive up with the drivers side closest to the shop), and you can quickly grab some snacks or drinks, pay and drive away all without ever putting the car into park.

They’re also open 24 hours, so when you get that random late night craving or you’re trying to go to work or in a roadtrip early and need an energy drink, they got your back.

It looks small but there are a lot of options- sodas, gatorades, beer, wine, smokes (if you’re into that but I hope you aren’t), chips, candy, milk and definitely more. I am a Dr. Pepper lover so here and there I love to stop by quick and splurge on one.

Also, it’s not cheap prices. It’s not crazy expensive or any more than you’d pay at a gas station or store but keep in mind you are paying for the legitimate convenience of the matter.

We frequently come through here and I decided to leave a review because every single person that we have ever met working there has been SO friendly, so much so that they keep up with our life (just had a baby and stooped by A LOT during my pregnancy). I'm very grateful for amazing customer service.

Have visited this store a few times in the last couple of months. No matter what time of day or nite I have been greeted with a smiling employee. They get me what I ask for, check me out, and I'm on my way in little to no time at all!
Their prices are just a little higher than other stores, but it's a 24-hour drive thru store. Dont mind paying it !

Will not be patronizing again after trying to play Lotto this week. Clerk mis-entered my panel, demanded the extra cash from me, claiming that it wasn't his fault. When I explained that it was the same panel that the store has been playing for months with no issues, he tried to negotiate a price to keep his brother (the owner? Manager?) from finding out? When I still refused and demanded my panels back, he wouldn't return it and insisted that his brother would call me and explain why I had to pay extra. By the next day I had heard nothing and returned to the store. The same clerk, unfortunately, but he agreed that I only owed the usual correct amount and gave me my ticket and panels back. Never will I trust them again.

We moved to thee other side of Lakeland and this store is the thing. We miss most about over there. We were every day customers. They treated us like family and they already knew what we wanted when arriving. Quick and open 24 hours!!!

If I can rate this place a 0 I would .
They're clueless on what you ask for and try to charge you for something you don't want .
Very rude and told me to go to a different store after I asked politely for a smaller size of a drink the guy wanted me to buy the size he was giving me . Mind you I'm a regular and never have I been disrespected until today .
