To be honest, Cracker Barrels restaurants can be hit or miss! This isn't to cast a negative light on Cracker Barrel, but you'll agree that getting a 100% GREAT meal depends on several factors, starting with who's in the kitchen that day. 😁 That said, they usually offer good food, gopd cornbread, great service, and an inviting atmosphere.👍👍

The location is great, the facility is nice and well maintained. Our server was Jim. He was responsive and friendly. We ordered the tater tots as an appetizer .. they seemed to be made in house, very flavorful. The Hash Brown Casserole Shepard’s Pie was excellent. The entrees were great, fresh and tasty. A great experience! This location is highly recommended.

Welp, that was a waste of time. No more than 8 or 9 tables with people. 8pm in the evening. Almost 40 minutes later, still no food. Floors were trashed. Dirty place. Slow, slow, slow. The two or three tables near us all had issues with their orders. Wasn't going to wait close to an hour for the wrong or incomplete orders. Definitely not the Cracker Barrel of 25 years ago. Too bad.

Our waiter, Hudson, went above and beyond. He was the kindest, most fun waiter I’ve ever encountered. Someone needs to scoop him up and give him a job working with the public. Oh, and he deserves a huge raise

We were seated as soon as we got there, our drink order was taken and delivered. He then took our lunch order, and my son asked him a question in which he answered, but my son did change him mind and ordered something different. There were not many customers this afternoon, so we were a bit surprised that after 25 minutes my husband went looking for a manager to ask about our food.
The food was then delivered to the table. There was a mix-up on my son's meal, and my blueberry pancakes were not fully cooked.
The manager did come and check on us and was told about my son's meal and had that part removed
He also did tell us 6 of his employees walked out on him this morning and there was only 2 waiters and 1 cook and him in the back.
I feel they all did the best they could considering.
This information helped see the issues they were dealing with. I hope they got some help and explained to others coming in to eat their problems so know one gets upset.

Chicken and dumplings had very little chicken in it for both of us. Very tasty though. Went for early dinner special. Although the card was on the table they could not honor that price any longer. Waitress did a good job. Okra was delicious.

We sat without a server longer than we should have been, until Pam from 280 came by our table and asked us if we had been helped. As we had not been helped yet, Pam took it upon herself to take our order. After a very short time, Pam served us our meals. Pam was very hospitable, friendly, and attentive, even though we were not in her serving area. Great job Pam from 280. You are awesome!
