I am sorry to say I will not be returning to your store. I purchased a handbag from your store not to long ago I used it about 6 times and it was just to heavy for me. I decided to trade it in for something lighter it was in great shape. Your store decided not to let me trade it in I have traded in a few Louis vuttion handbags and was very upset they would not take except there own purse.

Would never buy a bag online unless it was couture traders . They have a store you can visit and see for yourself . I’ve had excellent luck finding brands and styles I love . Chloe and ferragamo bags at excellent prices and great condition . My Prada runway bag is amazing . Rare finds of past styles make shopping unique . The staff are educated and knowledgeable and very helpful. Like all re sale shops - you have to be patient and keep
Checking stock . That’s the whole point of the re sale market .

Came in here after purchasing a few Gucci bags that I was iffy on after an estate sale and had no idea how to authenticate them. Went to Couture Traders and they were able to verify the authenticity of the bag free of charge. They were upfront, honest and overall provided great service. They also had a very nice selection of high end designer handbags and more. I will definitely be coming back.
