Not too bad for a budget hotel.

The goods: beautiful view, easy walk to shopping and restaurants (5-6 minutes), hotel seems in good shape with a few minor flaws like scuff marks and loose carpet fibers in some spots. Otherwise very comfortable. Beautiful views of the mountains. Quiet and peaceful.

The bads: parking is a challenge as the lot is small and it costs $12 for the privilege. Breakfast is expensive if eaten on site. The gentleman serving breakfast got a little confused with our order and missed a few items, but he was friendly. The beds are hard and tough to sleep in.

My family travels all year long to dozens of hotels across the country. We are platinum elite members of the Marriott chain. We’ve seen a lot of great and terrible hotels. I’d rank this one around average. The pros and cons balance each other out.

My family I stayed her during our roadtrip. It was not the best or the worst. Got the job done for a night stay to rest. The property looked newly renovated, the rooms were not bad either. The location was perfect since there were places to eat walking-distant.

Fortunately I had mobile checkin because the front desk staff was too preoccupied to check us in. The coffee and food at the bistro was inedible. I've stayed at Marriott properties all over and have never had such poor quality food. Even the infused water was too bitter to drink.

Rooms are a bit odd set up but excellent hot shower. Beautiful view of the red and green mountain. Parking lot is small, and several trucks with trailers taking up spots instead of using the trailer over flow lot in back. Had to park in the road not in an actual parking spot.

Money better spent elsewhere! The front desk person was very helpful. No complaints there. For being a Lifetime Platinum Elite Member I get two Miniature Bottles of Water upon check-in and my parking paid for out of my Bonus Points. Thanks Courtyard Glenwood Springs for taking care of Bonvoy Members
Next trip to Glenwood Sprigs I will be sure NOT to stay at a Marriott Property.

Great place for a family stay! This hotel is close to everything you want to experience in Glenwood Springs. The hotel staff are fantastic and always willing to help. The Bistro has so many options and is super convenient! I would recommend this hotel to all!

We found most of the staff being unhelpful, dismissive and ornery in their approach. Our room was in need of a facelift. We tried to use a pool, but it was cold. Not a good value for the money. There is parking fee, which i can actually understand nowadays.

Positive: "" Negative: This was a $--- room rate, and there was no complimentary coffee in the lobby, and the staff had to scrounge to find one luggage rack. What hotel doesn?t have luggage racks? Also, even Super 8 offers complimentary coffee. The Marriott brand has gone down.
