Very unpleasant, they seem very busy, I think they have online orders they are trying to get out instead of tending to in store customers.
The toppings are usually more than half gone, and what's left is mushy and old looking, especially the tomatoes. The lettuce is usually brown and wilted. They are very stingy on the dressings, too.
They need to be taught how to make wraps properly.

Goodwill store lots of stuff, reasonable prices.
Next door Alberto's Mexican Restaurant. Large menu, reasonable prices. Chicken Tacos were delicious.

It's adequate, Cottonwood does not have any malls this plaza has some shops. The stores that were here are gone for example JC Penny. I believe Dominos, Maurice, Sally's Beauty Supply and Petsense (now owned and operated by Tractor Supply are still there. Fry's and its' gas station are the highlights of the plaza.

Went into the Black Bear Diner, nice place. Would have been better, it took over an hour to get our meals. I understand staffing shortage. But it a management issue. Also a pay issue. When you aren't able to retain employees. Also

Great clips haircut and pet sense for my dog. I almost forgot spaghetti by The bucket, is a great place to eat if you need food in a hurry.

Had to wait for the representative to help me as she was with another customer, yet she never greeted me to say I'll be with you soon, her boyfriend sitting nearby did have manners. When she did help me s h e was oddly cold.
