Horrible customer service! I went in on Sunday and they were having a sale on jeans. I pick out a few and stand by the fitting room to try them on. The cashier very rudely asks me if I needed something. I thought it was pretty obvious since I’m holding 3-4 jeans and waiting by the fitting room. But clearly not… so I say I wanted to try on the jeans I was holding. To which she very loudly replies that the fitting rooms are closed.

Why have a sale on jeans if you’re not going to let anyone try them on? Don’t know what this store’s manager was thinking.

This location as well as the Lakewood location are the best ones to shop for deals. They offer quality clothing at an affordable price. I get all my essentials from undergarments, shirts, shorts, jeans, dresses, and socks. I’ve paid as low as $1 for items and no more than $10 for items. I’ll always be a frugal fashionista. Also for the curvy midsize gals yes you can finds items in here as well. Not I’m not talking about right clothing that barely fits; I mean beautiful pieces that compliment your shape.

Just went and bought $54 of merchandise. Steve the manager was showing an impatient and cold throat attitude. When i was about to leave and wanting to say « you have a great month of June » he would careless and abruptly interrupted me… i could not finish my sentence and said BYE to me in a very cold uncaring customer service manner. So yes bYE!!! I love Cotton on but will never come back at the Pike. They don’t care about their customers and have no manners nor good vibes to show for.

A weird shopping experience. I'd never even heard of this brand before and went in on a whim. I loved a lot of the pant styles they had on the rack, but nothing I tried on for or was flattering. I'm not sure if this was a fluke or that's how the store normally is, but I liked the store's message and the look of their clothes to give it another try some time.

Good prices for the clothes, but the customer service is terrible. This guy had an attitude from the beginning. He put my pants and my receipt on top of the counter and didn’t even offer a bag. I stood there and I asked him for one
