The skinny girl that closed on Saturday August 10 with the messed up copper highlights and gray dress needs customer service training. How are you working at a kids store and you have that kind of attitude? Do you not know paying customers are whats keeping you employed? Goofy 🤪

I love cotton on but this specific store has bad costumer service. In addition, they charged me TWICE the price for 1 shirt. They told me to wait a few days because it didnt go through. I checked my account 2 weeks after and bith payments were taken out of my bank account.

Great selection of kids casual clothes. Affordable, fun, comfortable and well made. They have fairy like clothing and cute tutus and sparkly ballet flats. My daughter loves their comfortable loose pants.

Was shopping in here yesterday and was never acknowledged. My friend and I found a couple of things we were interested in, but couldn’t reach and there was no around to help us so we left. The store was dead, and they didn’t have any good deals, I wouldn’t return to this location. Poor customer service

Was told they open at 11am. Your website says, 11am.as well. And yet they are still closed atv1116am right now. The lady inside then told me they don't open til 12. I only need to pick up my on hold items but can't help me with that.
