This was a nice surprise from my office. The process was very easy - simply click the link in the email and it will take you to a website where you can see a variety of items to choose as your gift. Click which one you want and it will ship directly to your door!! There was quite a variety of items to choose from - there was truly something for everyone!! Very pleased.

For the most part, very easy to use. Unfortunately, even though the options said that they all shipped to Canada, my entire team could complete the order as nothing allowed shipping to Canada initially.
