Coronado Center, located in Albuquerque, New Mexico, is the state’s largest shopping mall, encompassing over 1.15 million square feet of retail space. Established in 1965 by the Homart Development Company, a former real estate division of Sears, the mall has undergone multiple renovations and expansions, evolving into a premier shopping destination. 

Anchor Stores and Major Tenants:
• Macy’s: A leading department store offering a wide range of products, including clothing, accessories, and home goods.
• J.C. Penney: A well-known retailer providing apparel, home furnishings, and various merchandise.

I am new to the area and overall love the selection of the stores. Nice mall. Been here three times and it's been somewhat frustrating trying to find stores. The directory is not highly visible to indicate what floor the stores are on and that would be helpful. One of the escalators has been down rack time I've visited which is an inconvenience. I did not see high visibility of customer service staff to ask where stores were located. I saw more security officers. The cleanliness of the mall needs improvement in the food court the tables there and the tables where some of the food kiosks were filthy each time I went to this mall.

Great mall! Wide variety of shops and very huge! Two floors! Beautiful! Id have a bone to pick with the way the parking is, it's very odd to navigate and even on slow days the parking is always full. And some of the workers are a bit rude, but thats to be expected from teenagers making minimum wage.

My friend had an extremely disappointing and hurtful experience at this H&M location. She was racially profiled by staff, treated with suspicion and disrespect for no reason other than the color of her skin. Instead of being welcomed like any other customer, she was watched, followed, and made to feel completely unwelcome.

No one should have to go through that while shopping. If you’re considering going here, think twice—this store clearly lacks proper training and respect for basic human dignity. Until they address this kind of behavior seriously, we won’t be supporting them, and I encourage others to take their business else..

Great SAFE place for seniors to walk in the morning. Great selection of stores. Really visible security presence. Most stores have good staffing levels and the worker bees I encountered were all pleasant.
Nice play area for kids in the middle of the mall.

I would like to see more general seating and massage chairs throughout the promenade.

I’m so extremely disappointed by the culture of this mall. A manager at H&M handled throwing two would be customers very poorly. She accused them of not wanting things to get violent when they were speaking to her in calm manner and respectfully. The situation couldn’t help but feel racially charged, and it’s heartbreaking that is the kind of behavior that mall coincides with. Extremely disturbing and disappointing. I’m disgusted with the treatment of those two young ladies.
