This mall is patched up to look decent, but it is in desperate need of an interior remodel. Especially when it comes to the bathrooms. No ventilation, never cleaned (even if you go in there after someone “cleans” it). There is always someone smoking cigarettes in the bathrooms. The ceiling is always leaking in multiple areas of the mall including stores. So on any given day, you get the smell of mildew in certain corridors. My 2 stars are because they are giving us better stores in the mall. But come on Cordova, these conditions are unacceptable.

This mall is quite large! Plenty of trendy shops, as well as ones I’ve never heard of before! I’ve been here a couple times now and still haven’t even been in half of the shops! There’s loads of different stores here! Also a great amount of parking!

I thought it was a really nice mall, I went shortly after it opened on a Thursday. Tons of stores and kiosks. Big food court where there is something for everyone. Mall seemed like a safe and family friendly environment. Lots of massage chairs and vending machine sodas were only $2.50.

Well everyone me and my friend Dominic Peck traveled from Panama City, Florida to this amazing mall and it reminds me of the Atlanta area malls back in it’s heyday prime and definitely a lot better than the Hurricanes Michael now damaged former Panama City Mall, and Pier Park is okay it’s a close second to this place, but if I am ever back in the area definitely will be back soon! 😁

This mall has changed a lot in many ways. Some things have changed for good and some have been gone for good and may never come back. It is still the same feeling when you have seen this mall five years ago and it's still looks the same. Some of the restaurants have changed and added a lot more outside. But it seems it's one of those restaurants you'd go to it once unless you are an avid goer of those kind of cuisine. It's a good mall for this Pensacola. * Place has changed* New stores and old stores gone*

Good mall. Larger than you think it is once you start walking all thru it. Plenty of stores and a good mix of national chains and local stuff. Food court is full of good options. Plenty of parking and centrally located. The mall is always busy with a good mix of young kids to seniors making for a lively place.
