Prices were a bit high.
I had stopped at Ross and bought a pair of really great Sketchers tennis for $38. DSW had same Sketchers for $78.
However my friend had a $25 off coupon. She loves sparkly sandals. She bought 3 pairs of beautiful sandals for less than $50. That was a prettu good deal! She was very happy.

It was my 1st time at a Roots, and it was amazing. It is a beautiful store with LOTS of health options. It also had a fresh juice bar, coffee bar, and fresh bakery and deli. We decided to have lunch at the deli. It was so good and tasted very fresh, not like it had been sitting all day. Everything was organic in the store and it was amazing. I will definitely be shopping there more often.

The customer service was good. It was a young man there, an African American who was extremely professional and nicely answered my questions. The disappointing part and the only reason why they're getting a two is because there were things I saw online and was hoping to find them in the store to see them up close just to find out that most of the stuff that's online is not in the store so it was a waste of my time to drive from Menifee to Temecula. Just not to find what I was looking for.
