I've stayed here many times and I've never been disappointed. From the moment I walk in until the moment I check out has been nothing but excellent and it doesn't matter what shift or what staff member I encounter, it's consistently a pleasant experience. The breakfast has many choices and the dining area is always clean. I've never been in the pool but during warm season there's always kids and/adults enjoying it. The location is ideal if you're needing to get on and off the highway easily. There's a Walmart and plenty of food joints within a mile from there. The housekeeping is good and the housekeepers are friendly and accommodating. One of my biggest complaints in some hotels is the noise level of the housekeeping early in the morning but at this hotel they're respectful in not letting doors slam or not having music on their phone playing loudly. The manager of the hotel is wonderful and always greets me with a friendly smile. She has gone above and beyond to accommodate my stay on more than 1 occasion and it's not because anything was wrong, just her away of saying thank you for being a returning guest. Those are all the little things that keep me coming back and those are all the great things behind my 5 star review. I hope you enjoy your stay as much as I always do!

Room smelled musty and moldy. There was mold and rust on the bathtub. Bed was terrible, you could tell by looking at it that it was lumpy and drastically sagging in the middle. This room should have an entire makeover before letting ANYONE stay there. Also rented for the hot tub and pool. Pool was so dirty could not get in and hot tub was taken out and yet the description still has hot tub listed as well as a picture
Comfort inn you should be ashamed of this location.

We had a very bad experience.
The room smelled like cigarette smoke and urine, my eyes and my throat burned. After driving over 800 miles extremely tired this was the room we were given. No compassion expressed by staff. They would not give us another room and I'm a choice member. Spoke with day manager about the situation and was disrespected by that manager after telling him about the conditions of the room. No apologies. My wife and I finally got some sleep in a clean room but after great opposition. What a fine way to spend over 400 dollars it was the pits.

Looks like this hotel went under remodeling newer paint on the outside, but my room was somewhat remodeled, but not detailed paint left on doors furniture dirty and mismatched bathroom exhaust fan don't work and light missing hardware. Hole in wall from door hitting it from previous guests
Not bad location. I just need to be detailed better. Hot water is nonexistent for the shower.

We reserved a room with 2 queen beds and were placed in a room with a king bed. Why make a reservation? We're paying for a completely different room. Front desk clerk wrote 620 for the room number. The hotel only has 4 floors.

Cleaning overall is okay but the vacuuming is not good - they leave dust and crumbs along the walls and in the corners. When I tried to use the pool, there was a bunch of trash and leaves in it. They only clean it three times a week, but it gets dirty in less than a day from the surrounding trees and wind. If they’re not going to clean it properly then they should leave a net for cleaning there so people can do it themselves.

When I first came in the place looks clean smells clean but some areas was not clean. |We checked in on November 8th a Friday has we was going inside the elevator there's an vending machine on the left and the floor looked dirty like no one swept it.|we checked out on November the 10th and the same vending machine it looks like no one swept it , it has been dirty since the check-in.|When we first checked in they gave us room 202 but when we went to that room the housekeeping was inside the room cleaning it|Had to go back downstairs and they assigned us room 402.|We checked into room 402 the room was clean but was having problem with the toilet AC and shower.|Breakfast was good the breakfast person kept on stocking the place up but on Saturday and Sunday the tables were not clean and the floor was not swept.|Pool area and fitness area was clean. |Elevator was slow.|We checked in on November 8th a Friday and check out November 10 Sunday

NO HOT TUB AT THIS LOCATION! One of the only reasons I booked this hotel was to soak in the hot tub. You can see where they removed it. All their info needs to be updated. Other than that, it's older but well maintained and clean.
