Excellent customer service! Check in and out were easy. Showed up late night for check in, the attendant was amazing. She paid attention to the notes in booking regarding my cane use and had everything readily accessible. On our down side was we could hear everything going on in the hallway but they did provide ear plugs.

The Associates command and manage the front desk the week we were there for the world egg expo… We’re outstanding. Very hospitable and friendly. Not sure where you find this level of talent… But hold onto it and reward it.

Positive: Friendly staff, easy check-in, reasonable selection of free breakfast items. Room was not fancy, but functional and clean. Usual useful appliances: mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker. No extra blankets, but thermostat worked and kept us comfortable. Negative: Elevator wasn't functional. Not a problem for us, as we were mobile. Would have been a problem later, as my husband was in Hanford for foot surgery. Housekeeping staff had to carry wheeled baskets of linen up the stairs. Damaged door at bottom of stairs.

Absolutely love the Comfort Inn in Hanford. Had not been here for some time now, but the service, accommodations, and the rooms are still five star in my book. Everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly. A very relaxing atmosphere and centrally located right in the middle of Old Town Hanford which is great. The breakfast in the morning was awesome. Have everything from sausage and scrambled eggs, to waffles and yogurt. Muffins, bananas, oatmeal, and several other items. A great value as always. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back soon. Thank you comfort inn for a wonderful visit as always 😊

My wife and I stayed in this hotel for a weekend and the staff was just so amazing. Every single one of them, no matter if it was in the middle of the day or the middle of the night, would do everything they could to make sure we had the most convenient stay possible. We were both so impressed with how clean and well-stalked it was too. Also, it has all the stuff that you would want from a hotel breakfast. Great place, great service. I would highly recommend it

Soda was awesome with accommodations. The only problem was the ladies working in the laundry room were very loud and obnoxious, cursing very early in the morning which woke us up .||They should have more common courtesy and respect the fact someone paid to get some sleep and rest without any discomfort.

The first time I stayed here, it was a pleasant experience. Wish they had a hot tub, but the pool makes up for it. And they have a bomb free breakfast. They have a cute little coffee maker in the room, fridge, and microwave.
