Just make sure you pay off the setting up of the land foundation. it's like 700$ instead of putting it in your land payment because you will pay interest for 700$ for everrrrrr!!! All the 15 or 30 yrs that you're going to pay your land ... Be careful.

these people fail to communicate with their customers. my parents purchased property from them in '93 and when they went to refinance instead of producing a new contract they just asked them to sign the old one again. Basically my parents are starting back at square one. Their statements don't give accurate information either. Their late charges flex as they see fit. Before the natural gas was put in place on the properties the people living there could smell it and they did nothing about it, I feel this company needs to be audited and made to be held accountable for their unfair treatment of their property owners.

Colquitt has been around forever! The folks at the office are friendly and I like stopping in to say hi to them. If you're looking for land to buy, look them up I highly recommend them
