Demitrius was very knowledgeable in Coach product. He showed us various styles that referenced what he were particularly looking for and matched us with the perfect gift for our Niece. During checkout Demitrius even offered to clean the item before he tediously and perfectly tied the bow on the gift box. Customer service at this store was impeccable- to include the entire staff. Will definitely return for future purchases. Thank you for such a great shopping experience!

The woman working here could not be more condescending and rude. I walked in and asked for a particular item I was looking for and instantly was turned away and scolded. I was given a lecture for mistakenly asking for an “outlet only” purse that was not sold in boutiques. No wonder there was not a single soul inside of this boutique when I arrived. Management should train their staff to be a much more respectful and courteous. I will not be coming back to this location.

While at the cash register, one attendant was passing by and noticed I was struggling to hide a gift from my daughter. Without saying a word, she quickly grabbed the gift and and hid it. Then, she asked my daughter to go try on a fanny pack to get her away from the register.

My daughter teared up when she opened that present. She had no idea.

Their customer service with helping find the gift for my wife was excellent. Their watchfulness for my personal situation in the store was extraordinary.

of course, expensive, but worth it. purchased a purse as a gift, had it wrapped for free, with warranty and gift receipt. staff was so wonderful I purchased, unplanned, a matching wallet. got them both 50% off due to awesome sale!! signed up for their emails just to keep track of future offers

I ran in the other day to grab something and questioned the SA about the same item in store and something very similar if not the same at a high end department store that was selling at a different price. I was legitimately wondering what the difference was and if he knew. A simple “I am honestly not sure” would have sufficed for me and I probably would have just still purchased on the spot (a $25 difference). BUT, the SA tried to blow smoke my way and told me that the Coach items sold at department stores are more outlet quality and made by a different manufacturer. I have been buying Coach from Coach stores and department stores like Saks and Nordstrom for a long time and know this to absolutely not be true. I was actually carrying a bag that was purchased in January from Saks. The same bag was still on the shelves at the store. He couldn’t tell a difference- Because there isn’t one. I HATE shady sales tactics and lying and I hate even more when I know more than an SA. Although this store is close to me, I most likely won’t be shopping from them again. Regardless, please be aware that you may not get accurate information and research before you make your purchase. Btw, after a little research, turns out that that Saks has a slightly older version that had already went on sale and sold out with Coach - no biggie for me!
