I asked them to convert an SD card of video into a DVD, they had the SD card for over 3 months and failed multiple times (one had no audio, one time the clips were in reverse, another they were in the wrong order, etc.) So, I finally decided to just take the SD card back and get a refund and they told me at first they couldn't give me a refund because they didn't have cash or something but eventually they finally gave my money back. It was a waste of multiple months for the project I was working on, unfortunately. The people were nice enough, just not competent.

I am from out of town and was in need of over 200 copies of a work packet
I called down there and got Livvy on the phone and told her the situation she told me come on down and she would make it happen, one way or another before close of business, which was 2 PM.
When I got there, it was almost like she was expecting me, took my document right away and started it printing,
There was a few other employees working and everybody was super friendly. I was able to pick up my order even earlier than I had expected. It was all packaged up Nice and neat waiting for me when I got there.
This young lady Livvy represents this company very well. She is a good face of this business, and I will be spreading the word and using this print shop when I'm in town.
Five. Stars , thumbs up way to go !!!!

I stopped by to order vinyl lettering and see if they would install onto stainless plates. Quick and easy consultation, I left the plates there, they emailed a proof relatively quick, and they quoted a really reasonable price I thought.

Very knowledgeable and professional. I have visited the shipping counter many times, Courtney is always AWESOME, and very good at finding the most affordable rates! Very rarely a line, and much quicker than the post office. Have also ordered vinyl signs and prints, I have never been disappointed! The new and improved CMI is wonderful! Customer service was impeccable! They answered all my questions and helped me with designing my business cards and labels... love keeping things local and love that they will have designers available to help me when I need backdrops, signs, and even car decals that help me with my up and coming business.... We have a gem in CMI and what they can offer to us here in Safford and surrounding areas.... Thank you for your professionalism and guidance... truly appreciative!!

I’ve been in here multiple times. The ladies are always so friendly, and professional. There is hardly ever a line, definitely a convenient way to ship packages! Way better than standing in line at the post office waiting for the grumpy post masters to help you, these people love their jobs and their customers and it shows!
