Maybe some people are not happy wih this place. But i am. Been going there 15 years. They explain things, they do good work, and the prices seem OK. They're always busy, with many repeat customers. They don't look for unnecessary things to repair . I trust them.

Grossly deceptive practices.

I am disgusted by the service that I have received from Clinton Auto Services. Despite paying for a full oil change, they merely replaced the oil filter and lied about changing the oil. I even paid the extra fee to purchase the oil in accordance to what their technicians told me. I've driven nearly 8k miles since then and I am dissapointed to say the least. These practices are vile, fraudulent, and represent a deep condesension on the part of this establishment. I have been relying on Clinton Auto Services for car maitanance for years, and it deeply concerns me to think about how they may have been taking advantage of my inexperience.

In short, Clinton Auto Services are untrustworthy, they engage in deceptive practices, and I would strongly advise anyone against using their services going forward. If you have to pay extra elsewhere, PLEASE DO SO.

If I could give Mike and the team a higher rating than 5, I would! Incredibly kind, helpful, and knowledgeable, the team here are the only ones I consider going to for my auto needs. Above all, this is a business with clear integrity and I can't recommend this shop enough.
