Her level of customer service is top-notch and makes the process seamless.

The product selection is excellent, and I appreciate that they offer a back bar option when you order 12 of a product—great for barbers managing inventory. While the price point could be more competitive, their occasional sales definitely help offset costs for small businesses like mine.

Shipping is another highlight. Orders are shipped quickly and usually arrive within the week, which is incredibly convenient when I’m running low on essentials.
One bonus is that you can meet the team and explore their products in person at barber events like Barbercon. It’s a great opportunity to network, try new products, and even purchase directly.
