Well the four day project is going on a month now. The roof wasn't covered correctly while working on it so that led to interior leaks that still haven't been assessed after a month. The roof work looks really bad and the service just as bad. The salesman Vinny was great and really tried to help. This is a "new" roof!? Pretty nice stain I paid for along with uneven tiles, just a plain old horrible job. We will see what the outcome is.

After only 2.5 years the horrible job this company did is now showing. None of the vents were done correctly and has been letting water in my attic since the project. Called insurance and they verified that the roof was not completed correctly. I've been calling them for over a week and no one calls back or answers. All I need is a copy of their warranty to show my insurance company and I can't get these people to answer the phone or call back. If you love your home and it's extremely important to you I would never trust it to these people. They will never contact you back if there's a problem they're going to do everything to fight it even though they caused it. Do not trust this company.

Worst company Ever… they ripped us off bad 6k and charged us out of pocket to do our flat roof after main roof was done through home insurance and found out later they NEVER replaced flat roof despite the city of Clearwater passing the inspection! No one will take responsibly. No one will call me back either and phone rings and rings!!!!!! We have leaks by fireplace and Contractor is missing! See you in court !

We availed their services for a Roof replacement as part of an insurance repair. Initially I had followed up multiple times to get the work scheduled. But once scheduled work got done like clockwork. I can only hope their work was indeed meticulous.

They did a good job with the overall roof appearance wise, however, the crew seems to have damaged the gutter downspout which has fallen off the second floor wall. I have called the company (and their warranty dept) several times for no avail. It has been over a month with a fallen downspout lying atop the roof edge and the screen ( see pic), and no ones over to fix it yet.

Like I saw in another review, they have a sister company Total roofing (who actually were onsite). Both seem too busy and I have reason to believe they aren't paying adequate attention to work and quality.

I have been attempting to report a leak inside the house right by the wall where the gutter downspout was dettached from and I end up reaching different asspciates when I call. I thought they would assign a dedicated person to address such issues, but that's not the case. Every time I call to remind, I need to repeat the whole story.

By the way the crew knocked off the irrigation rain sensor and never put it back on properly. (attached a pic). I had to fix it myself.. Learning more day-by-day from a hasty job the crew has done. I wish there was someone to inspect and confirm with me that we are satisfied with the work completed.

Citrus Contracting was amazing with our roof. We had another company plan to do our roof and after some time without any results, we had to go with another company. From start to finish, the process was smooth and we were notified every step of the way if there was every something that was being delayed. Jason Barrett was amazing and made the paperwork process from the other company over to his, so easy and one of the best that we have ever worked with for a house project so large. Jason made sure that everything inside and out was done properly and was always available when needed and was able to answer any questions we had. I have recommended Jason and Citrus to all of my neighbors that were looking for roof repairs or replacement. It's been nice knowing my neighbors too have had great experience with the company and would recommend them to anyone.

I don’t know why they get such a bad rap. Maybe different crews. Anyway, I live near tarpon springs, fl and my experience with total roofing from start to finish was awesome. And the crew that did my roof worked so hard and professionally. No issues, beautiful roof. Passed inspection. Everyone was great
