Citadel Outlets by the 5 Freeway has lots of good deals and discounts right now from name brands like Nike, CK, MK, Polo, Tommy, etc! Very crowded and hard to find parking! However, it is definitely worth your while if you plan to shop for a few hours here: deals are plentiful!

We stayed in Doubletree Hotel and this outlet was in a very short walking distance. There are no high end stores but it’s very very nice. They have some very good restaurants with plenty of outdoor seating.
I love the design of stores and everything is very neat and clean. I was there on weekday afternoon and there was no crowd, but by 4pm it was very busy. This seems like a great place for families either small kids because in very safe area.

Went on December 20th of 2024. It was alright but the lines were extremely long and workers don't seem to have the best mood. Overall it's a nice place to visit, I got to see a gigantic Christmas tree as well during the nighttime and fake snow shoots out which I think is cool.

It has a big food court, so you can eat many different kinds of food at the same time.

Parking lots are huge, so you don't need to worry about parking spaces.

We went at the beginning of December 2024 when they lit up the Christmas tree. There was a crowd but everyone was nice to each other and focused on their own family fun time. Restaurants, bathrooms and stores was clean and organized. I would come here again. They had ALL the stores you need and want plus more!
