I wanted to give a "no star" rating but I had to choose some thing to get this review posted.
"Crazy Christy" is what this store should be renamed! The owner is CRAZY! In the 8 years I'm living in town, I finally went into this women's clothing store, half out of curiosity since I've never heard any one talk about this place. One thing I will say is that Crazy Christy is a great sales person because I walked out of there stupidly spending a lot of money. Another stupid thing I did was not ask the return/exchange policy before handing over my credit card. I never wore the outfit. Four weeks after the purchase, when I found the receipt that does state there are no returns or exchanges after 7 days, I did call Crazy Christy thinking that she as a business owner, might be able to do even a little some thing for me, being that I did spend a lot of stupid money. That's when Christy turned the crazy switch went on.... she was so RUDE and so UNPROFESSIONAL getting loud with me on the phone, telling me after FORTY YEARS in business, this is not how she operates. I get she owns a business that has STRICT policies but how you can get so NASTY and CRAZY and RUDE to some one who was just trying to understand a return policy is beyond me. You're the OWNER of this business! You should try and make your customers happy not let them think that you're CRAZY. She wound up hanging up on me after her CRAZY babbling of "being in business for forty years", "this is not how I do business", "who do you think you're dealing with", "you should donate the outfit if you don't want it to a women's shelter"..... on and on and on and on.... and when I tried to get her to stop babbling, she HUNG UP ON ME!!! I'm the customer!! I then got right in my car and went right over to the store.... and she IGNORED ME as I'm calmly trying to talk to her!! What kind of a business owner does that?!?! What are you 12 years old?!?! Bottom line, I was wrong for not understanding the return/exchange policy before making a purchase, BUT as a small, local business owner you should treat your customers with respect, and speaking with them calmly, especially when you don't have a lot of customers as it is! No one is EVER shopping in there... you have certainly lost me and all my younger generation of shoppers to the big malls!!! Only old people shop at CRAZY CHRISTY'S!

Great store, great staff, and most importantly my wife loves the clothing i get for her from Christy's. As a man shopping for his wife they make it easy and give great suggestions.

You pay a fortune and then the do not alter correctly. Stay away from this place and save your money .
