I had an incredible experience at the Christian Louboutin boutique! From the moment I stepped inside, I was welcomed by an exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly staff. The store’s luxurious atmosphere perfectly complements the iconic designs of Louboutin shoes. I was able to try on several pairs, and the attention to detail in both the craftsmanship and customer service was outstanding. Kad took the time to ensure I found the perfect fit. I left feeling not only thrilled with my purchase but also truly valued as a customer. 3 of the 4 staff members were great and deserve ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. They practiced excellent customer service skills; eye contact, they listened to me, and used my name once they realized I had a profile. The ladies and Mark made me feel welcome like I was purchasing from friends, but the guy who was in charge of store access took it upon himself to explain to me that I should go up stairs to choose my items from the men's section of the store and come down to make my purchase. I don't need shopping instructions nor should he presume that I needed a how to on shopping. If a customer visits the store and doesn't make a purchase they are not breaking the law. Chill bro, do better. Don't presume anything. I did make a purchase, you owe me a drink for my next visit. TM

Not great customer service, I walked in no one helped me or my husband. We were literally ignored until I asked someone if they could help me .did not feel welcome at all employee started being nicer & more welcoming once we made a purchase. Compared to how they were greeting others customers. Really disappointed.

The associate, Harouna, was so patient and very helpful. Haven’t pulled the trigger on my first CL pair, but I will definitely go back when he’s on shift when it’s time to make the big purchase.

I had an incredible experience at the Christian Louboutin boutique! A PSA for amazing footwear, some believe that 2 inch heels might be better than walking barefoot and that these CLs are the best anywhere.

A decent sized store with helpful staff and a good inventory and selection of the latest styles.
They are also very helpful if you need a shoe stretched or repaired by an approved cobbler in the area.
Prices are as expected.

What a luxury to have this incredible boutique a mile away from my home! Hector is so great, he really goes above and beyond to get me and my bestie Emily everything we want! And we want a lot lol. But seriously, it's about the service. I could buy these products online but I love going into the boutique. Hector is like a friend and I have his personal cell.
