I have been a “Chico’s” Gal since 2007! Now that I’m retired I buy from Chico’s Off The Rack. Still same great quality and fit. I visited the Store in Tanger’s Mall and was greeted by two great Gals, Ann and Wendy. Same wonderful experience I’ve Always Had!!

Whenever I go into the Tanger outlet, those ladies are amazing. I'm always greeted with a warm welcome and they are eager to help, but they're not pushy. I will definitely be back.... thank you Tami!!!!

I recently visited this location and had a poor shopping experience. The sales associates were not welcoming and seemed bothered I was even there! I also did not appreciate being chastised over a pricing question that I didn't even ask about when checking out, I am more than able to afford my purchases at Chico's Outlet stores. I shop at Chico's frequently and would like these women to to know that money is Green and that is what should matter at a retail establishment.

Excellent store with an incredible staff. Tammy and Daisy were so helpful in sizing, putting outfits together and bringing ideas to the dressing room for me. I had so much fun putting together several outfits perfect for church and every day outings. Thanks ladies for a successful shopping experience. My husband loved them all!!!!!

I love this store!!! Beautiful clothes and so much to pick from. The staff are very helpful and specifically I would like to Thank you very much to Mahiba for incredible help with choosing my clothes. She was amazing,very nice, polite and sweet. She knows the fashion. I was so happy to meet her. She knew how to put together all my outfits. I love everything what I bought that day.

I’m a Chico’s member and have been a regular patron for years. This location at the Tanger Outlet is one of my favorite stores. The prices are fair and the sale prices are great. The clothing is top quality and fits me to perfection. I appreciate that the cuts and fabrics work in honor of a more mature woman since so many stores cater to juniors and the club crowd. My wardrobe is at least 50% Chico’s-sourced. Highly recommend.
