We ended up over in the Oviedo area and shopped at several different consignment shops within about a 30 minute drive. This was absolutely our favorite stop of the day. Incredibly organized (by style/size/color) and everything was clean. The prices were phenomenal for the brands (absolute best prices of any of the other consignment stores on brand name pieces). Great selection of everything and great customer service!

Update: I can recommend for shopping but unfortunately can’t recommend for consignment. (The other reviews are true that it’s hard to get your money.) I was told I had a certain amount in my account and requested a check. It came weeks later. The check came about 25% less than I was told. Called back and was told that the check amount was correct. They kept saying I need to talk to the owner but every time I called the owner wasn’t there. It’s over a 45 min drive for us so to drive over there is a decent amount in time, gas, and tolls. Not worth fighting a battle over less than $20 but still frustrating 🙁

I really thought the other reviews couldn’t be true due to the customer service I had while shopping and the great selection, pricing, and organization of the store. I would still shop here but would not bring in clothes again for consignment.

I have consigned here for a few months now. They sort the clothes that you bring in right then and there in front of you and they either return them or ask if you would like to donate to a thrift store they work with. I had four pair of shorts they didn’t accept to consign so I chose to just have them donated. A week later I went in and noticed all four pair of my shorts on their $5 sales rack that she sets outside the front door. It has been an issue every time I’ve called to collect my check from them. I do not recommend doing business with this dishonest establishment.

Well organized and spacious with everything from clothing- casual thru formal- to shoes, purses, scarfs, outfit jewelry. So thankful to have a shop like this in the area. It has allowed me to scale up my closet one season at a time. Their text list is the best. Quick notification about once every other month letting me know of 50% off items and other can’t miss deals. Thank you, ladies, for keeping the store full with new inventory always.

NOT WORTH your time and even think you will get any money.
I gave brand new Chico’s dresses $350 worth and still trying to collect $19 back and the left over not sales 90 days items because every time I will go I got an excuse that the owner was not available.
Really sorry for the attendants she keep in the store. Shame on you for not trusting who you hire. Attend your business instead!!!!!!!
Got a message today that she will charge me $1.00 to write a check for the $19.00 that she owes me.
SHAME YOU LADY for the way you run your business!

This review is purely from a consignment perspective. The store is fine for shopping, and I've gotten many nice things there. However, as a consignor, I always had to chase down the money owed to me, which took MONTHS of follow up. They do not notify you when there is money for you to collect. I do not recommend selling clothes or any other items here.

Nice Resale items. Great buys & bargains. Quality goods. Someone put in a lot of work & time on this shop, pricing and decorating. God knows, this is a real asset to Winter Springs, which has nothing else like it. My complaint: I felt out of place coming in after being on my bicycle for four hours. I might have looked the color of the road but didn't think I deserved getting looked up & down on at the register then ignored while the checkout lady talked to someone else during the whole transaction. My money's as good as anybody's. I try to tell it like it is.

This store is clean and organized. The owner and her staff are extremely courteous and helpful. They are honest and keep track of your clothing items very accurately. When you have credit with them you can trust that they sold your item and put the money in your account. They deserve a five star review.

I absolutely love this store. It is always a must stop for my mom and I when she visits. Today while there we saw a consigner come in to sell some clothes. The owner was able to take some but not all, but she was complimentary and kind. The consigner became terribly arrogant and rude. The owner remained calm and patient despite the woman’s tantrum. There was no excuse for the consigner’s infantile behavior. I have the utmost respect for the owner and her store. I will continue to shop there frequently.
