It is poor customer satisfaction, if I pay at the pump I expect my receipt at the pump. Multimillionaire company and cannot afford paper at the pumps for receipts SMH.

Attention Chevron gas station owner this report goes for fausto who works at Chevron last week I walk into Chevron to get a case of juice Fausto refused my service because he told me that I can't take the case that has to be one by one what's the point I still was going to buy it what's wrong with this guy Chevron please do something about it or fire him it's not the first or second time he's being rude to me do I need to report this to extra mile or who Evan if I tell the manager she won't do nothing about it or she doesn't do nothing you should talk to her too please let's keep customer happy

Stop by this gas station be careful ,be aware about the price ( false advertisement) price totally diferente than the gas pump talk to Fausto the cashier representative about the price was wrong and he was answering well if go to cross the street Arco gas station or Mexico the have better price than here ( what a terrible customer service)
