Tried to ask a deputy for the reason they were trespassing on my property without a warrant and with 4 different NO TRESPASSING SIGNS posted. He said he didn’t need a warrant to come on my property . Asked for what penal code allows them to trespass, he has no response. Would have given 0 stars if it was an option.

This 4 star rating is given after I had to file several law suits against Chaves County Sheriffs. And i will agree with the rater above in that Shannon is the lowest peice of shit in this town. BUT Herrington seems to have given his Deputies a bit of training in public relations because my last few experinces with them have been MUCH BETTER.

If this keeps up i MIGHT start trusting that the sheriffs are doing thier job instead of just harassing innocent people.

Lady in the office has a the worst attitude. Called to check on the status of service and she had a horrible attitude like I was inconveniencing her. It’s inconvenient for me to call every day to get the job I PAID FOR completed.

Deputy commited identity theft. Cops are not above the law although they think they are. Herrington you need to train your deputies on how to control their road rage.

Found one of there officers to be incredibly rude and unwilling to listen or be understanding of the situation he was just looking to give a citation regardless.
